Hi, I'm ShadowandKnucklesgirlforever and this is my bio page. I'm just a 15 year old girl who loves the read fanfics and draw. I currently only have five stories up and hoping to improve in my work. Writing is an art and if you really want to improve, keep writing. I have done this, and improvement has come.

Since I'm extremely bored, I'm going to write this.

ShadowandKnucklesgirl proudly presents:

~The Guide to Become a Better Writer~

1. Have fun with wait you do. Writing is an art form and enjoy doing. No one is forcing you to be here.

2. Basic rule: Use correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, quotation, etc...

3. Please be original.Think of your own ideas, do not steal others.

4. Spell check hates all humans so here are some steps you might want to follow. Write, reread, revise, reread, rewrite, revise, submit, and update! It also should help if you have a friend that will look over it and revise any mistakes. Love ya, Beaten but not Broken!

5. Think deeply about the basic elements of a story. Title, plot, a good summary, a vivid beginning, and ending, and be descriptive! Without any of this, it's really hopeless for your story.

6. Write more than three or four pages on a word document. Nobody wants to read a five sentence story and expect to be happy with it. The only exception to this rule is a poem.

7. Stick to one tone throughout most of the story. For instance, if the fanfic is about the death of a certain character, don't add pointless jokes and humor for no reason.

8. Do not kill characters because you want to. If you kill them off, you better have it for a specific reason.

9. Find a thesaurus and befriend it; it will become your new best friend.

10. Get into your character's mindset.Would your character say that in this situation? How would this character feel towards this one? What would that character think in this situation or would they? Most of all, what is his or her most correct reaction? Keep the characters in there canon personalities.

11. If your character is not very nice (Let's take Shadow the Hedgehog for example), do not portray him as a sweet, loving, hugging. Mr. Socialible wanna-be. Ain't gonna happen. Remember, if you borrow from a canon universe, keep the character in there canon personaltites.

12. Never, I repeat never disrespect a reviewer who is trying to help you improve. There is always a way to improve. There is always a step to perfection. Just because not everyone's kissing you butt withgood comments, doesn't giveyou the right not to take constructive critism. Read what they have to say, fix it, and move on.

13. Do not write for the reviews, write for yourself. A true writer does not care what others think. As long as your happy, keep going.

14. As a writer, never take any flame or insult personally. It just shows how dumb people can be. Ignore it and keep on trying.

15. At the end of a one-shot or chapter, are you satisfied with it? Don't submit junk you don't like, cause chances are no one else will either.

16. Don't keep saying the characters name like: Amy went to the store. Amy brought some food. Amy decided that she didn't like the store, so Amy went home. Find adjectives that decribe the character. The crimson streaked hedgehog, the guilable hedgehog, the jade orbed child, or even something as simple as the hedgehog. But just make sure there isn't two hedgehogs in the area or the person can get confused.

17. Use some decription! Don't have the whole story dialouge. That really irks me!

18. Basic rules of punctionation:

"I'm ready to eat something." Said Tails. (Incorrect!)

"I'm ready to eat something," said Tails. (Correct!)

"Let's go to the mall." He declared. (Incorrect!)

"Let's go to the mall," he declared. (Correct!) If you use a pronoun instead of the person's name, you gotta lower case it.

Shadow nodded his head and said. "Count me out." (Incorrect!)

Shadow nodded his head and said, "Count me out." (Correct!)

I know punctuation is annoying, trust me! The more you do it, the more natural it becomes.

19. Don't have your story and/or dialouge in one whole paragraph. It's really...unprofessional. Even though most of us are middle and high school students, it isn't a good excuse to say, "Hey, I did it at school. Cut me some slack!"

20. Don't submit a rushed piece of work and apoligize for it. Work to your full potiental, even if it takes longer, people will realize your talents.

21. Just because it's fiction, doesn't mean you can't be accuate with some stuff. You know people just don't fall in love over night! ;

I really hate it when people do that! Anyway, he's a really good author if you can tolerate a little cussing. What more can I say!

YAY! I finally updated Don't Eat Chao Fruit today! And now I working on two new fics but disreguard what I said the new ShadAmy. It actually gonna be in a completely new section of fanfiction! I'm writting a Pokemon one-shot called 'Crying Without Tears'. It's gonna be a DrewMay or Contestshipping! But it's gonna be really long. I'm only halfway through and already at page 19!

My next one-shot is called 'Practice' and that's a DragonBall Z fic. It's going to be a GotenTrunks or Truten! Yeah it's just wonderful. So see ya around!

I have sadding news. Metal Without a Heart got deleted for spelling a grammar mistakes. Then not following a week later someone reports The Color of a Rose, and it gets deleted as well. Someone is out to get me but it's cool. I'm not upset; however, I sadly cannot post them again considering I'm missing chapters 4-9 on Metal Without a Heart and Color of a Rose is not saved on my new hard drive. Sorry to all my readers! So since I'm the wonderful person I am, I'll put the final fight sence in Don't Eat Chao Fruit, because it is SO awsome! Once again I apoligize.

Now that that's over with, I should get back into the swing of typing again very soon. I've really been anxious to get the new chapter out for Don't Eat Chao Fruit. Chibi Amy is just SO cute! I think for main characters it will be: Of course Shadow and Chibi Amy, and Sonic. Tails will have a minor role as will Cream and maybe Knuckles. (considering I can squeeze a role in there for him).

I think I'm going to write a KnuxRouge or a new ShadAmy called 'Crying Without Tears.' It's a long oneshot but I just can't seem to decide which couple to pick becasue I dislike Rouge and LOVE my Knuxie pooh; however, I can't stand Knuxie with anyone else other than Rouge but then again, I LOVE ShadAmy!
