August 29, 2008:

It's been almost a month, and I'm continuing to post Sky High fanfiction, but that doesn't mean I've stopped writing other stuff. I have a short X-men: Evolution drabble, which willmost likely be posted before my third chapter of my newest (chaptered) story, How to Hit Rock Bottom. I have a feeling this newest chaptered story, whenever I finish it, will be my current best work of art to date. It's got a lot of promise.

Oh, and I AM redoing everything in the NEO!line. It's just taking some time, because let me say, Princess Next Door ALONE needs a lot of revamping. A LOT. Like, I'm removing half of each paragraph and rewriting/changing it all.

It's rough work, going back to something you once thought was beautiful but are now realizing is sludge.

Oh, and I removed 2 of my long-since abandoned stories from ye olde poor writing times, way back when I was writing without thinking. Don't worry, they weren't anything special- just a bad XM:E story and an even worse Teen Titans one.

August 5, 2008:

After what seemed like years spent away from this place, I'm finding I can't stop typing fanfiction. This is a really good place for me, because it is giving me the chance to expand my skills as a writer and hopefully- eventually- an author, too. I posted another Sky High drabble, along with Keep On Playin' My Song, which is the Sky High version of the iPod Shuffle Challenge,as well as oneshot in the works for the same fanfiction.

I'm still working on the next chapter of In Between the Lines, but I'm not entirely sure when I'll finish that one. Knowing my dotty muse, that could be anywhere from next week to two months from now.

I'm hoping it's the former. ;)

I know, technically, I just updated a few days ago, but I wanted to celebrate. On July 29, 2008, the same day I posted Part 2 of Last Night on In Between the Lines (yes! Finally!), I have officially posted a total of 100,383 words archived on ff. net.

w00t! YES! I broke the 100,000 word barrier! And it only took me... gee, 4 years or so. But that's not the point! I have posted enough one-shots, chaptered fics, and drabbles to total 100,000 words. Who has two thumbs and is insanely proud of herself?

July 28, 2008:

More updates and a ton of Sky High junk! I finished posting all of the chapters of Breaking Hearts & Making Changes, and to celebrate I posted another old Warren/Layla oneshot I've had archived. In this time, I've also begun a series of Sky High drabbles. I've already posted a drabble on Gwen and Freezer Girl (a.k.a. Jenny Frost), and I'm planning on posting one on Magenta in the near future.

AND I have a post on the Batman Beyond front! w00t! It's just my contribution to the iPod Shuffle Challenge (you can read my Author's Note in Don't Stop the Music for more details), but I have 2- count 'em, 2- more oneshots in the works for In Between the Lines. Even better for all of you faithful readers, one of them (that's about 80-percent finished) is the much-anticipated sequel to the other one-shot, Last Night.

June 29, 2008:

Okay, it's been a year since I've updated on here. But, I have been doing a lot of writing, I just hadn't felt the need to give my ole' bio an update, too. A bunch has changed since then- I started a series of songshots (songfic oneshots) with Batman Beyond. Also, I've finished a chaptered (yes, that's right: CHAPTERED and FINISHED- yes, we're talking about ME here.) Sky High fic.

Yes, I'm aware Sky High was an embarassingly bad Disney 'people' movie, but, well, everyone has their secret closet fandoms. I mean, look at Twilight, for Chrissakes. Pretty much everyone I know who likes the books admits they're horrible Mary-Sue-on-steroids, but the books are indulgences, and you can't help what you like sometimes.

Sadly, I have a bunch more Sky High fics in the works, but I also have another chaptered X-men: Evolution fic, with four chapters done and a fifth in the rough draft stage. Like with Breaking Hearts & Making Changes, I won't post it until it is finished/almost done.

At some point soon, mostly because I haven't touched it in three months or so, you'll probably see one or two more chapters for In Between the Lines, and hopefully a Part 2 to one of the chapters I've already written.

June 21, 2007:

Okay, have I updated! I (finally) finished Part Deux of Obliviousness, as well as added a new one that didn't seem as well-recieved: A Leader's Worst Nightmare. Oh well, you win some, you lose some.

Something that seems a lot more appreciated is my newest Batman Beyond fic, In Between the Lines: Max and Terry. It's part of my joining 20_songfics on LiveJournal. I gotta say, you guys are eating these up aster than I can type them! And I've already written five in less than a month! Go me:D

December 13, 2006:

Okay, I know I just updated only two days ago, but I added a brand-spankin' new story. It's my very first set of drabbles. Of course, it's centered around the life and times of the residents of Xavier's mansion, along with some non-residents, too. This is far from ever being finished, it'll most likely become some kind of obsession I take on whenever I'm not in the mood to write a full-blown one-shot or what-have-you.

So, even if you don't like my usual characters, I can gaurantee most will get at least one chapter... I hope. :)

December 11, 2006:

Well, it's been a little while since I updated... Whoops. :) Anyway, there have been 4 (count them: 4) stories I've posted since. 2 X-men: Evolution fics, my second House, and a short Halloween-inspired Batfic. The latest X-men: Evo fic turned out pretty well, if I say so myself. It's a two-parter, and I'm currently working on the second part. I just need to talk with my beta-reader, ClaudiaR, about what kinks I need to work through next.

Working On:

How to Hit Rock Bottom: This chapter has been in my head since I started writing the prologue. The first (official) chapter was long, and I can guarantee that this one will be even longer.

Untitled: I have named this one yet, but it's a Rogue-centric XM:E oneshot/drabble-type-thing. Don't get excited. It won't be that long. :/

Moments Never Noticed: I am about 95 sure that I will never finish this. It will always continue this, on and off, no matter what happens. It's going to be one of those ongoing projects that I'll continue when some short burst of inspiration hits.

In Between the Lines: Max and Terry: I'm down to 10 more songshots, but I might just leave this permanently in-progress, because I can always go back and write more of these. They're quite fun.

Possible Stories:

- These songfics have opened my eyes to my addiction to Max and Terry. It's not my exactly my cup of tea, but I was thinking a saucy little one or two parter about these two. Something a little out of my neck of the woods and kind of sexy. Let's see whether or not I can pull it off...

- Another X-men: Evolution story. Most likely Scogue, but I might surprise myself and write something different, like what I'm writing at the moment.

- Something Hey Arnold!. Don't ask me what, it's just been bouncing around my head, and who knows when my muse is going to strike.

- More Warren/Layla. It's fun. Either that, or Gwen/Will. Maybe chaptered, maybe oneshot. Who knows? (I sure as hell don't.)
