Dear lord, has it really been 23 months since I last updated anything here? According to the records it has. And here I was originally hoping to put a chapter up every 2 weeks. Right number, wrong unit of measurement I guess. To those who have followed my work, adding reviews, placing certain stories on their favorites lists, etc. my sincerest thanks.
The past 2 years have literally been the worst of my life. Nearly 2 years ago, my gf moved in with me. Also, earlier this year I graduated with an MBA. And the past 2 years have STILL been the worst of my life. Fortunately, there are now some rays of hope starting to shine through the clouds. Hopefully things will continue to improve as they have started to do within the past week or two.
That creative part of me, the part that guides me as I write, finally began waking from a long hibernation earlier this week. As such, I have reason to hope that I will again be able to look at some of my incomplete stories and put forth some real effort into completing them. I apologize for the rediculous delay in getting any updating done on them, and I hope that you'll enjoy them as they come out.
Eve has been outlined for eight chapters and a small epilogue. Chapter 2 has been half done for 2 years and I had written myself into a corner. I never imagined it would be so difficult to write a breakfast scene. But there are some necessary things that must happen there, and I just wasn't getting them done. As soon as I can tear down that block, chapter 2 should flow pretty well. Then, hopefully, the rest will be a bit easier. Chapter 6 is going to be a pain though, I can already tell.
My draft of Rayearth Bloodlines chapter 1 was lost sometime during the past 2 years. I regret that somewhat, as I wasn't terribly satisfied with it, so I can now rewrite it, but I wouldn't mind the opportunity to have tried to edit it into something that worked. Oh well, these things happen. I remember pretty much everything that took place in it anyway, so hopefully that shouldn't be too terribly bad.
My Noir idea is driving me absolutely insane, and I haven't even gotten to chapter 1. There's a prep-piece that it is necessary for me to write first, that I just can't make any progress on. If I can ever get that block torn down, that story should flow fairly well.
The Sailor Moon Black Company series that I want to write is in outline form, but the characters I will be introducing there are unlike any I have ever written about, and I'm being very picky about how I do it. As such, this one's gonna be a while.
A Tour of Heaven 2 is planned, but not even outlined at the moment, so it will probably be last on this list. I promise that even if I get other ideas, these stories will be finished before I even start anything else.
Again, thank you all for your support
