I'm a hopeless romantic, and I like the 'meant-to-be' couples, such as Inuyasha/Kagome, Kenshin/Kaoru, Gohan/Videl, Robin/Starfire... You get the picture. :-P I will read an occasional fic about a strange coupling, if the writing is good enough. Yusuke/Botan always has seemed interesting to me, and I've even started a story about Inuyasha/Sango. That was just to break up some writer's block by trying something different, though...
