Author has written 45 stories for Newsies, Harry Potter, Animorphs, and Twilight. Okay, guys, for those of you who actually read my profile (which, actually, I'm not sure if you exist), I know I keep leaving you tantalizing hints. "Yes, I'm going to start writing again." "No, my life's to crazy to write again." "My life's too crazy NOT to write again." etc. etc. Well, just so that you don't kill me, I'm going to be honest with you. I'm layin' all the cards on the table. So here's the deal. In the past couple of days, I've been on a kind of Newsie high for some reason. I reread Everything You've Done Wrong by Sloanne and listened to a lot of Sloan and other excellent bands, and have been playing around with some ideas. I've started filling up a new notebook. I've been rewriting stuff, and that's probably what I'll be doing first. I will post the rewrites as a new story and take down the old ones once I have uploaded the same number of chapters. Also, I can't get the password to my Harry Potter pen name, Fiery And Proud, so I will be posting rewrites of those stories on this account as well. As for new stuff...well, I just went and saw The Cure in Charlotte and I'm on a serious good-music adrenaline rush. So if anything new comes out, it'll be one of two things: the first one is a shuffle story--I put my iTunes on shuffle and put the first one hundred songs (minus showtunes) into a playlist. I've been steadily looking up the lyrics to each, and pulling out some significant lines. From that, hopefully, a plot will become apparent. After reading EYDW, it'll probably be a SpRace but we'll see. The other option is a story created from songs by one particular band. I'm still debating on which one. Right now it's a battle between The Cure, The Mars Volta, Tiger Army, or HIM. I'm leaning toward Mars Volta but The Cure has a LOT more songs to work with, which makes my life easier, and the stories longer. So yeah...that's pretty much it. Also, I have no guarantees on how often I will update, or when I will or won't stop writing. I'm going to community college instead of a university in the fall, so I won't be dealing with the crazy, "ohmigodI'manadultnowandIhatemyroommatefreakout!" issues that come with being in a dorm. I'm moving into a house with some friends and it's only twenty minutes away from my parents' house, so if I flip out, I can always go home to cool off. But I will be working too, so it's not like I'm going to be rolling in free time. I am, however, currently unemployed so I will do my best to keep writing and keep you guys occupied.
