ABOUT ME

I like to research urban legends as well as the original versions of fairy tales... the darker, macabe, and sometimes just plain icky stories as they were originally told. Do you want to emotionally scar a child? After watching the Disney Little Mermaid, read them the Hans Christian Anderson version.

Other than writing and editing as a career, I plan to do cartoon voices. My favorite voice actors include Paul Frees , Corey Burton , the entire cast of The Simpsons, June Foray, Mel Blanc...the list goes on.

STUFF I WRITE!

Mainly, I write stories inspired by the Haunted Mansion attraction at Walt Disney World.

The Foolish Mortals series: This includes "Ghosts Numbers 1,000 and 1,001" as well as "A TERRORible Haunting." These stories focus mainly on two friends, Courtney and Myrriah, and their adventures in various Haunted Mansions. WARNING: Fourth wall able to collapse into rubble, burst into flame, be swept away into an ocean, and then scooped up by a pelican and spilled into a bottomless pit at any moment.

Destiny at the Haunted Mansion and The Dangers of Hitchhiking are also in the HM category.

Across the Mansion: A series of spoofs of Beatles songs, all given a Haunted Mansion twist.

Welcome to the Tragic Kingdom: Inspired by the No Doubt song of the same name, and an internet petition to save a certain historic attraction. The Characters of Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom have kept quiet for the past couple of decades. But years of neglect and being ignored have brought things to a boiling point. When a classic attraction is to be destroyed, the park's most beloved icons, as well as a few jaded but determined Cast Members, take it into their hands to save it.

The story I'm working on not involving the Haunted Mansion is Atlantis Summons the Keeper, a cross over between Tanya Huff's Keeper's Chronicles and Atlantis: The Lost Empire. It's slow going, despite having it planned out for so long. My apologies for taking so long with it. It isn't exactly on hiatus, and I do keep working on it. It will be finished eventually.

Collaborations: I've written two Haunted Mansion stories with my buddy Jase Andrews and one with my boyfriend Werecat Boy. WB and I are still in the process of writing our second one, You Can't Reason with a Headless Man, a Haunted Mansion/"The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" crossover.

Three Brides for Three Idiots: (tentative title) A collaboration with Werecat Boy. The three brides of Gracey Manor are lonely, so Master Gracey decides to set them up on a date with the Mansion's three most eligable bachelors: the Hitchhiking Ghosts! Will sparks or heads fly?
