Author has written 12 stories for Harry Potter, Merlin, NCIS: Los Angeles, Supernatural, and Sherlock. After nine long years, I realised that I haven't so much as read a Drarry fic that I liked within the past six months, let alone actually enjoyed writing it, myself. I've decided to quit the fandom, to hand in my resignation, and continue on as a writer elsewhere. I have plots for Merlin, Supernatural and Sherlock, and what I've dabbled in these worlds, I've enjoyed much more than I have with HP as of late. I'm also now writing my own story, one that I intend to send to publishers and literary agents, and I feel like a better writer for it and have felt the love for writing that I once had return to me. I'm sorry to those who've read the likes of My Own Control and Hand of Sorrow, for these two fics aren't likely to be continued any time soon. Perhaps, if after I detox from Drarry, I'll feel the need to return, but for now, I just cannot find myself doing that. My dream in life is to be a published author and I cannot do that if I'm not improving. Drarry isn't giving me what I need to get better, unfortunately. | |||||||
