Ooooooh, I hate these things. I am truly terrible at writing profiles. Ugh. Well, I'll give it a shot, I suppose. A bad profile's better than no profile, and I can't think of a 'good profile' off the top of my head anyway, so...yeah.

Okay, about my stories first: don't expect all that many. I like reading fics to much to wanna write 'em, to roughly paraphrase Oscar Wilde. Well, okay. Mostly. Truth is, yeah, I write them, but slowly and infrequently; I've posted a couple here, but when I come back later to reread them I'm all, oh, how terrible, and I take 'em down. Mostly 'cos I don't like writing just one-shots, and I haven't got the time, talent or attention span to write a proper multichap fic. I prefer to daydream them all day and then come home to read something new, which I will then use as daydream fodder. It's a pretty good system, all said.

And now for personal information, yaaaaaaay! Um. Well. I used to go by the pen name PoisonJack, but I use that one a lot and I got kinda tired of it, so I'm Toxxica now. I'm a poor college student. And a chick, which is probably obvious. I mean, there aren't that many guys that read fanfiction, and then slash the boys. They're out there and I love them, of course, but they're a rare breed. Oh, yeah, I like slash. Mostly because boys are cute and I'm not really interested in girls. Wish I was. Girls are pretty hot, too, but it's nicer to look at 'em than to wanna make out with 'em. And I get jealous of girls that can have hot het sex with guys that I can't, even if they are fictional dudes.

I'm enthusiastic about reading my fics, too -- I'm always pulling all-nighters because I find this absolutely spectacular epic and I just can't tear myself away until I've finished. It plays hell with my sleeping patterns, let me tell you, and I won't even go into what it does for my schoolwork. I read fast, and I read a lot, and I love most of it, so my favourites get pretty unwieldy when I don't go through 'em to thin 'em out every so often. I tend to attach myself to a specific fandom for a while -- could be just a couple of days before I get tired of it, might be a couple of months, and if it's really good in there I'll stick around for years.

Aaaaaaand I can't think of anything else to say. Honestly I'm pretty amazed I managed to pad this thing out as long as I did. Well, to anyone reading this -- what the hell are you doing here?! Jesus, you must be some kinda bored, huh, reading a useless profile for some complete stranger on the internet. You don't even have any fics to use as an excuse. Boy, am I glad I'm not you. I have better things to do with my time than read random profiles. Well, okay, maybe not better, but probably more entertaining. You should go find a fic to read or something.
