Author has written 29 stories for Harry Potter, Phil Of The Future, and Zoey 101. Alright, here's the lowdown on me! Name: Alyssa Age: 21 Grade: I just graduated college! Woo-hoo! Interests: Reading is a huge one. I almost always have a book on me. I'm the only person I know who actually brought pleasure books with them to college in addition to textbooks. I'm a bookworm, and I freely admit it. I also enjoy writing (obviously). I enjoy knitting for the little kids in my life, all of whom are under the age of five and could care less. I also enjoy listening to music, making fanvids for the couples I like, and hanging out with my family and friends. Books: Anyting fantastical or romantic (I am a hopeless romantic). Every now and then, I like a good adventure book, or a mystery. Music: 80's pop, 90's pop, and country. TV/Movies: It varies, but right now I'm into "Criminal Minds", "Bones", "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", and "The X-Files". Favorite Couples: Mulder/Scully - I've just recently discovered these two, and wondered how, in all my time shipping, I could have overlooked them. How awesome are they?! I love how they can go from shooting sexual innuendos at each other to arguing to comforting sweetly in the same episode, or how with all the sexual tension between them, their affection is still so very gentle, the heated glances that raise the temperature in the room ten degrees, and how we all know they love each other though it's seldom said out loud :) They're just awesome. Booth/Bones - I started watching after I heard Booth and Bones compared to Mulder and Scully. While I don't think they're anything like Mulder and Scully besides being work partners, I do think that they're adorable in their own right. The end of the 100th episode just about broke my heart. Angela/Hodgins - Two people you never thougt would get together (or at least, get together and have it mesh coherently), but did. And it worked. Their break-up was incredibly sad for me. Luckily, I was pleasantly surprised by this season. They got married in a jail cell...which is weird, but so very them. Morgan/Garcia - From day one with these two, I was hooked. I have never heard two friends flirt that shamelessly. Especially not in front of people (I love how the team just tunes it out by now), or in front of their boss. I would love to see how they got to this point. And while they may be just best friends, their chemistry is explosive and one day something is just going to snap. I can't wait. Monica/Chandler - They're just adorable. It's just as simple as that. Rory/Jess - While pairing the "nerd" with the "bad boy" is cliche, I always thought Jess was good for Rory, and the only one of her romantic interests who truly loved her. And I just loved Jess; my mother was terrified for three years that I was going to find someone just like him and run off to elope or something. Harry/Hermione - Yes, I know how the books ends. I know that the "anvil-sized hints" led to R/Hr in the end. But you know what? I love these two together; they have a bond that goes far deeper than Ron and Hermione, or Harry and Ginny. I've loved them since day one, and will never surrender. I believe they're soulmates, even if they didn't end up together. Anne/Gilbert - One of the first couples I ever thought should end up together. Ever since she broke that slate over his head, I've been hooked. It's a sweet, simple kind of love, generally devoid of any major drama. Calvin/Meg - Another one of the first couples I ever shipped. Who didn't see them ending up together? They clicked from the instant they met, and I love them. Darcy/Elizabeth - Or just Darcy by himself. But seriously, I love this couple, even if only for the fact Jane Austen took fire and gasoline and combined them. I love how different they seem at first, but in the end are very similiar. I love the "all's fair in love and war" mentality, and that two very intelligent, independent people were paired together. I never got around to thanking my junior year British Literature teacher for making me read that book. Spike/Buffy - I don't really have a specific reason for liking them. I just do.
