My name is Raye. Rayana K Hart, if you must know. I write here under Daeleniel Shadowphyre, as you can tell. If you don't know me by now... you haven't been paying attention.
In 1998 through 1999, I was purely an Animorphs writer. Over the course of 2000, I became interested in other topics. In 2001, my range of writing topics broadened to span Animorphs, Harry Potter, Gundam Wing, Sailor Moon, TMNT, Daria, RPS, and others, even going out of the fan fiction genre. This is by no means a complete or continuously accurate list, as my interests fluctuate and change, adding new fandoms and subtracting others with time.
Surprise, surprise.
I tend to favor strong female characters when I can, but I try not to limit myself to that as I write a considerable amount of slash, or same-sex pairings. I've also got this preoccupation with death, the paranormal, and other unexplainable phenomena. And keep an eye out for the poetry; rushes of it tend to indicate a depressive streak. But there's no warning for when my insanity muse decides to pay me a visit, so be watchful.
Scared yet?
~looks evil~ It just gets better.
Most of my stories, as well as a good many poems, are posted below. However, for a look at my RPS fics (and the "Racier Than R-rating" fics) that I've written, I suggest you visit: my LiveJournal, The Caves of Fire and Night, which has links tosome of my stories; my Writing LiveJournal, The Shadow Clan Library, whichis where I post my writing directly under the LiveJournal psuedonym of "shadowphyx"; or sign up on my Mailing List:

For any original writing I may have posted, I can be found on FictionPress.Net under the same pen name. Be advised that, given my exceptionally paranoid nature and my desire to eventually publish my writing, very little of my work with original characters will be posted online.
Enjoy.
-Notice Board-Recent travels and computer challenges have put me behind schedule regarding some of my WIPs. Please rest assured that, unless otherwise stated, all in progress stories WILL be continued and eventually completed, even if it takes me another six years.
In addition, I find myself in the somewhat unexpected position of a newlywed, which is taking a large portion of my time and brain space. If certain of my WIPs begin featuring sappy romance and established relationships, please direct complaints towards my husband, as I'm sure it will likely be his fault.
We now return you to our regularly scheduled profile. Thank you for your patience.
