Author has written 5 stories for Matrix.

I haven't written any actual fanfiction since the four Matrix stories when I was thirteen. After a little while, I was a bit embarrassed by them so I removed them and ended up putting them back when I returned in 2006 to this site. Now, all these years later, when I go back and read them... I laugh a tiny bit, because I know I could write much better than that nowadays. At the same time, however, I feel as though my writing has slowly become blander and the ideas simply blurring into each other. The only things I've been consistently writing since those days are poems and the occasional short story. I have a few preludes and first chapters to original fiction, but I never seemed to have gotten back to any of them for whatever reason. I have a bit of block, not so much for ideas, but simply motivation. I have more than enough time to pump out chapters and maybe even work on some fanfiction to place on this site. I can't seem to find any of the motivation nowadays, so I've come back to this site as well as deviantART, AllPoetry, and FictionPress to see if I can't be inspired to get my butt in gear.

I've always loved to delve into the stories on this site, because I love seeing the different takes on many of my favorite books, games, and movies. I can't help but find it interesting and I always love it when I find something that really makes my jaw drop. I can be a bit of a stickler for spelling and those common, irksome grammatical errors. I also tend to quickly be turned away by extremely short chapters and one-line paragraphs. But, even a story that's short, contains not-so-great spelling/grammar, and maybe not the deepest plot can still be some of the best fiction. To me, it's more about the story itself, the plot line, and the interpretations inside. Even if the plot doesn't truly blossom in a story, it will make me think if it's presented in a semi-decent manner. I suppose that's all that really matters, how much it makes me think and what I feel from reading it.

I originally came onto this site looking for Harry Potter and Matrix fanfiction, as those were the first things that sparked my interest in the fandom. Roleplaying played a great influence in driving me to write and search out fan-based communities and fanworks. I'm also a bit of a Slash fan, but for the simple reason that some of the slash parings, such as HP/SS, seem so far from the books that I get insanely curious on how someone would portray and reason such a thing working out.

But besides all that useless junk above, I go by Servatis and absolutely love dark fiction and anything along the lines of psychological thrillers/horrors. I'll read the occasional happy-sappy type of story and love it, but I do prefer the 'angst-ridden exploration into the darkest limits of humanity' sort of thing... as dramatic as it is. lol.
