Author has written 5 stories for Chronicles of Narnia. 23 and suffering from ADHD, and therefore have three or four stories in the works ;). I've been told I write like a lawyer. That's a compliment, right? I write about Narnia because it's the only story I know inside and out. And I think if you're going to write fanfiction, you need to really know the original story before you go spouting off random tales and make yourself look like a jackass. I've come close to taking down The Last Castle, but can't bring myself to do it. For my part, I know I can do better with it, and am going to explore ways I can make it better. If I do, I probably will take it down and revise, and re-post chapter by chapter. In the meantime, it's on hold. While it is, I hope you will check out Thicker Than Water, my newest story, written post-Prince Caspian. The idea for this story was actually taken from Disney's version of Beauty and the Beast, though I've mangled it so much by now that you might not recognize it. The Nightmare is by far the most popular, but I'm afraid it will stay a one shot. I'm a little squeamish about writing stories with canon characters. C.S. Lewis established them long ago, knows more about their personalities and "what they'd do next" than I do, and I don't want to butcher them. Aside from Narnia, I'm a big fan of Agatha Christie and the classics (Treasure Island, Les Miserables, The Song of Roland, The Aeneid, etc.). I've also fallen into the Twilight trap. Don't judge me. :P I'm from the southern U.S. and it sometimes comes out in my stories. You only wish you were so lucky! Love me, hate me, comment anyway. :) Greenbean | |||||||||||
