Author has written 7 stories for Lord of the Rings, and Pirates of the Caribbean.

I suppose that an empty page means very little, so I shall endeavour to fill it with meaningful bits of information.

As for me, I am an aspiring writer who will ever be in awe of those who have the discipline, creativity and ingenuity to keep their stories going.

My current focus in writing stories tend to exploring ideas in vignettes, but maybe one day, one idea will take root in my mind and refuse to go away until I have fully expressed it in a full length tale. Until then...

As Long as You Remember came in third place for Best Story of the Year, MC Awards!

August 14, 2006:

As Long as You Remember has been nominated for the MC Awards, under the category Best Story of the Year.

Imagine my surprise and joy!

Story Notes

Opening Doors

My sister has a habit of bursting into my room when the door is closed, and comically enough, her habit evolved into this vignette.

Namaarie, Estel

This was my first ever story posted on FanFiction.net, and this tale was inspired by a phrase a friend of mine had said almost absently: "Sometimes, I wish for the old him back."

As Long as You Remember

This tale was inspired by the fact that people never truly leave you as long as you remember them. That way, even mortals become immortal.

Heroes

This story kind of plays on the idea of remembering from As Long as You Remember, but there is another theme to it, which I believe is quite obvious. As I stated in my tale, it was inspired by a question I was once asked.

In fact, I was given bits of a story and told to assemble the tale. In actuality, the story could end two ways. A man's aid is enlisted during a war, and he was to help a group of soldiers ambush an elite force of enemy soldiers, and then you reach the question: Hero or Human?

If he was a Hero, the man died, but he died for the cause of the war, and his side won.

If he was simply Human, the man still died and they lost the war, but he sacrificed his life to save those of his family.

To me, the ending was of little significance. Rather, it was idea of Hero vs Human that intrigued me.
