Author has written 27 stories for Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, Lord of the Rings, Good Night Mr Tom, Coronation Street, Bill, and Misc. Movies. Hey guys, I’m Jess. I live in the UK and am eighteen years old. I start university in Sept 09 and am studying History! (I am one of those horrible, geeky people who read Historical biographies for fun.) I adore reading and my favourites authors are – JK Rowling (One of my hero’s), Jean Plaidy, Philippa Gregory, Meg Cabat, Pam Jenoff (Seriously, read The Kommandants Girl. That book is just mind blowing, my favourite that I read last summer.) Santa Montefiore, Simon Sebag Montefiore (my favourite historian in the world!), Anna Godberson. 24th June 2009 – Update It has been just over a week since I have finished my exams and I have missed writing so much! It is so good to have time to work on my fics again. I thought I might give you lot an idea of what is going on for my fics this summer and plus over the next couple of days as I am away (till Saturday 27th). I am sorry for those of you reading Fathers Son but the chances are I am not going to get chapter 29 up till Sunday now (but it will be worth it! (Hopefully)). Revenge will be sweet (and painful). My two main projects this summer will be Mad Sanity which I hope to finish and Fathers Son which I don’t think I will be able too. I have a way to go as it will take Draco up to forth/fifth year. I’ve also got a rough idea of a sequel in mind already. When Mad Sanity is done I will probably cross over to Coronation Street for a while (especially as Charlie Lawson is reprising Jim again! I am so excited he is returning!), writing about Maria/ Tony or the McDonalds. But until the end is near for Mad Sanity nothing new will be begun. 27th July 2009 – Update Well, Mad Sanity is done and two days on, I am beginning to recover. The last few chapters were draining to write but after reflection, I continue to stand by what I said. It was the right ending. The only thing I might have considered was changing Harry/Ginny but then I wouldn’t want Ally brought up as an only child. Albus and Aberforth were so integral to Ariana’s life that her daughter just had to have siblings. So I am happy with the ending really and I am ready to move on if I’m honest. I will miss it very much though; it was such fun to write and once again a huge thank you if you reviewed. What’s next then? Well, Fathers Son is now my main project and I am so excited over where it’s heading. There are some twists along the way I just can’t wait to write. Along with that, I am going to start a new 100 word drabble project titled ‘Four Letter Words’ as, you guessed it, each chapter will be prompted by a four letter word. I’m looking forward to this as I can then play with so many different characters who I have missed lately. It won’t be so intense as writing my other fics have been lately. It should be begun by the end of the day. And then my next big plot? Well, I was struggling and then I got bitten by a plot bunny...It’ll be called something like ‘The Bonds That Tie Us,’ unless I can think of better title. It should be up by 7th of August. It isn’t as original as I’d like the plot to be but I think it is a sort of fresh spin on an old tale hopefully, and I love the characters who it will give me a chance to explore. As for Coronation Street, I can’t get a workable plot together yet so my next Corrie story will go on hold – but it could be my project for Nano in November (which suddenly doesn’t seem so far away!). After re-reading the first four books in the series and seeing the sixth movie, I am sucked into the Harry Potter Universe at the moment, well and truly. I hope your all enjoying your summer! Jess. I am not making any promises, but a new chapter may come up. 7th August 2009 – Update I am really sorry, I was meant to have my new fic ready to begin today – but I’m not there with it yet. I have a plan and the first chapter written but don’t know if I want to see it through yet. I do love the characters as I said before, but real life is kinda busy and I don’t want to start something new for the sake of it. If it makes it on to the site it won’t be till September now – I like my current projects and want to put all my energy into them. Fathers Son is demanding my attention - Sev, Lucius and Draco are a delicious mix of characters to work with and I can’t tear myself away from them right now. Jess 20th August 2009 – Update Ok guys, I am going away for a week in a couple of days (leave 22nd) and will have no internet access so won’t be updating for a while.
