Author has written 101 stories for Yu-Gi-Oh, Legend of Zelda, Lord of the Rings, Odyssey, Discworld, Death Note, Merlin, Slayers, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Good Omens. ‘ ... but what I like doing best is Nothing.’ ‘How do you do Nothing?’ asked Pooh, after he had wondered for a long time. ‘Well, it’s when people call out at you just when you’re going off to do it, “What are you going to do, Christopher Robin?” and you say “Oh, nothing,” and then you go and do it.’ (A.A. Milne, The House at Pooh Corner) I haven't watched much anime or read any manga until I stumbled upon Yu-Gi-Oh, which, for some reason, has proceeded to suck in my soul. Something like that. So I mostly read and write Yu-Gi-Oh-fanfiction, and it's what my favourites list (which, incidentally, you should check out now!) mostly consists of. I'm especially fond of the Bakurae (all three), but other favourite characters include, in no particular order, Pegasus, Yuugi, Jounouchi, Shizuka, Malik, Rishid, Kisara, and Seto Kaiba. Which... covers about half of the main cast. My favourite pairing is BakuBaku (Thief King or Yami Bakura x Ryou Bakura), but I ship about everything else too, at least if it involves characters I like. Gen is nice as well. My second fandom is Discworld; my favourite books are Guards! Guards!, Feet of Clay, Going Postal, Small Gods, and Wyrd Sisters, and in that fandom I mainly look for Vimes – Vetinari confrontations, because there can never be enough of those! My love for Death Note seems to have faded away, but not completely, so I might still occasionally read and write for it. The only medium I know is the manga, so that's what all my fanfic for this fandom is based on. My newest obsession is BBC's Merlin (Swordfights! Flailfights! Broomstick-fights! Slashiness!) There's a list of everything I've posted up to March '09 here; and everything newer is here. (The distinction being there simply because the site in the first link stopped working around that time – you can still view it, but I haven't been able to update.) A few fics, most notably ones that are above the allowed M-rating, will not be posted here on ffnet. I love getting comments. Very much. So if you don't actually want to/have time to review that's one thing, but please don't refrain from it because you only have something very short/negative to say or because the story is old. ;-) I'm not a native English speaker, and occasionally I come up with more or less weird language mistakes and then stick to them until someone tells me, so corrections are always very much appreciated! I promised that I would never do a WIP again because my updating schedule has been so horribly slow in the past but... I lied.
