Author has written 28 stories for Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Doctor Who, and Forgotten Realms. This is Captain Raz, the artist-formerly-known-as AmonAredhel. I am not a captain of anything really, but the name comes from my habit of wearing a sailor's hat when I'm kayaking. I'm a sci-fi/fantasy fan whose overactive imagination means I spend far more time reading and writing fanfic than reading and writing the things I am supposed to. One of my dreams is to become an author in my own right, but I have found that it is much easier to play around with other people's characters. Fanfiction has taken a backseat lately while I work on my first proper novel, but I'm trying to get back in the game, while still keeping my novel the number one priority. I am originally a Lord of the Rings writer who dabbled with some Doctor Who. Shwenny is responsible for introducing me to Remus/Tonks, and MrsTater and Lady Bracknell are wholly to blame for my obsession. (Go check out their stuff, I swear you will soon be addicted!) Also please check out Metamorfic_Moon over at LiveJournal. They're a friendly community who host regular Remus/Tonks discussions and challenges for both writers and artists. I suffer from a complete and utter inability to type, and my beta-reader is similarly handicapped (sorry Shwenny).
