Author has written 20 stories for Constantine, Brokeback Mountain, Twilight, and Supernatural. I got kinda bored with my profile so I figured I'd revamp it, so here we go... I'm Erica and I'm 19. You'll notice that I spell my name with a 'C' and not a 'CK,' that's because someone already claimed the spelling I wanted to used for my pen name. I also sign my messages and review responses with 'Erica Jane.' I thought I'd get that out of the way just so you all know I'm not an impotent moron, lol. I'm wasting my time at a community college because I want to be a make-up artist and am deciding on the best course of action to achieve that. I write and do art in my spare time or when I get hit with inspiration. I shop too much and drive too fast but so far I haven't gone in debt or crashed my vehicle, so I must not be too out of control. I'm drawn to unconventional, deep, poignant things. I have an obsession with cars, as the motor industry runs through my blood (I get really insulted and pissed off when people insult American cars...that's my family you're dissing.) I'm an only child so I fill the sibling void with my best friends, who mean the world to me. I have tattoos and facial piercings and I'm very much used to getting stared at, it really doesn't bother me. I'm really big on respect so I will never flame anyone or insult anyone, and anyone who does so to me will be dutifully ignored. I have thick skin and your internet troll tendencies will only make me pity you. I usually write about relationships because to me those are what make stories. I like to read between the lines and say what the characters didn't say, or decode expressions and looks. After I feel I've stripped down the characters I go into 'what if?' scenarios, which are always fun to read and write :) I try to update as much as possible but my brain that demands perfection and nothing less stops me sometimes. I don't like forcing chapters because then I'm not happy with them and if I'm not happy with them, how I can I expect readers to be? I guess that mantra of 'do your best work' from elementary school really stuck with me lol. So, I hate disappointing everyone with slow updates but I feel that quality is much more desired than a chapter a day (and I envy the lucky people who can write amazing stories and update constantly.) I used to write in multi-fandoms but now I'm pretty much centered on Supernatural, because it's amazing in every single way a t.v. show can be. I was hooked from the very start and I now have a very healthy obsession with it lol. So while I swing by other fandoms every once in a while to read stuff (like Four Brothers), I only write for Supernatural. Well, I think that's about it.
