My Stories:
1. A Lesson in Patience: Recently completed; Severus/Harry partially-non-magic type AU. It is slash, but hopefully I've handled the slash in a way that's not too squicky. I like that I finished it, as well. Finishing things always reminds me that I'm not incompetent, or somehow unable to finish anything I've started.
2. Lollipop: In progress; a Severus-Harry mentor fic, partial AU (meaning it begins as an AU but will eventually follow the Philosopher's Stone timeline, once they actually get to Hogwarts). It deals with some particularly controversial themes: eating disorders and brief mentions of abuse. That's the trigger warning right there -- those in recovery from an eating disorder might not want to read it. I will do my best to handle the themes delicately, and without putting a spin of 'glamour' on the whole deal, as I know from suffering from my own eating disorder for years, there is nothing glamorous about it.
3. their eyes would never miss a yes: Oneshot; Blackcest, plain and simple -- Sirius/Regulus and it's more than a little disturbing. Centres around Sirius and Regulus as the main pairing, but there are mentions of SB/RL as the "side-bit," if you will. It isn't very nice. It's raw and rough and kind of vicious, but the language is nice. Sirius is intentionally OOC.
4. Kill the Messenger: On hiatus; Mark develops cancer and must confront his inability to deal with emotion. Centres around Mark and Collins, but is not slash. I really hope to get back into it, since I love RENT, and I really see potential in that fic if I could just get my arse in gear and write the bloody thing. We'll see.
5. The Teacher: Oneshot; a small Snarry thing I wrote when I was 14. Not my best.
6. Glass Onion: Abandoned; a Sirius-centric fic I'd had great hopes for once upon a time, but now I don't remember where I planned to take it.
Behind the scenes I am working on:
1. An...MPreg fic...shockingly enough. I don't really like mpreg, which is why this is so baffling to me. The pairings in that fic will be hints of Severus/Lily, and Sirius/some random bloke at a club. Warnings: slash, swearing, and extremely dubious consent with that bloke at the club. Even after writing it, I'm still not 100-percent sure it wasn't rape. Again with the delicate issues! It seems like all I do, nowadays, is endeavour to get myself flamed as thoroughly as possible.
