Things I WON'T read/write (a.k.a. "My Squick List"):

- almost all het. If it's a side-pairing, like Ron/Hermione, fine, but as a main pairing? No. Just... no.
- non-bottom!Harry - I just don't like it.
- fanfiction where 'Harry' is no longer recognisable. On that note, I also hate it very much when people change Harry's name, at the start or middle of their story. I'm sorry if you like it, but I don't. If I wanted to read about 'Jack' or 'Valentino' or 'Raven', or any other non-Harry name out there, I'd search for O.C's. You won't be hearing from me for the remainder of your story, sorry. Come to think of it, don't change his looks too much either! A blond!Harry?! No thanks!
- pretty much any non-Harry-centric fics. While Severus Snape is my favourite character, I favour reading and writing from a Harry point of view. The occasional SB/RL oneshot is okay, but no multi-chaptered fics for me, thanks.
- huge amounts of character bashing - I love all the HP characters, with the exception of Dolores Umbridge, Gilderoy Lockhart and Peter Pettigrew. Even then, those three rarely play major roles in the fics I like to read/write, so I'm not bothered by them at all.

- I don't mind it too much if your story strays from the original plot (mine tend to do that occasionally), but if your summary says that something is going to happen, and then you go on and on and on for yonks about something else? Yeah, count me out. It's usually fics that have more than 50 chapters that freak me out a little. I like to spread myself out over a number of stories at a time. Focusing on one drives me insane. I like oneshots, and stories that are completed in a few chapters.

Otherwise, everything else is free game. Or whatever you call it. I will read and write almost anything, as long as it is specifically bottom!Harry-centric, where there is no change to his name, or appearance, he's just Harry Potter (-Malfoy/-Snape/-Diggory/-Cullen/-etc, etc). I'm a very picky reader but you'll find that there are a lot of stories that suit my tastes quite well.

On a smaller note, I will not be 'copying and pasting' anything into my profile.

Wow. This is more like a diary, or logbook for myself, than anything, really, since I doubt people actually read these things. Hopefully, this will help me keep on top of things (and make me guilty if I don't update in a long time). If it doesn't work, it's going (too much space/too troublesome). But anyway. Yay.

Describe me? Pat is a good-natured child. She will love and laugh, mainly at stupid people, but then again, she tends to laugh at herself a lot (what does that say about me?). Mostly happy (all my friends now: -GIGGLESNORT WTF?!-), okay, maybe not mostly happy. You will find her happy amongst her friends, but anywhere else, Pat is a quiet, brooding, world-hating emo-kid. She eats sugar straight from the sugar bowl, cake (she hates cake but eats it for the sake of baking cake) with hands and occasionally will slip an ice-cube down her bra on a hot day (hint hint, it's summer).

Pat has changed. A lot, since this was last updated. The first part was mostly true, but she's not in school anymore and has GOT to stop referring to herself in third person online-- Okay, anyway. So I've graduated, uni will be starting soon. I've always been horrible at updating but really, I only write when I want to write, it's not an obligation, so that could be a reason as to why there's been no updates for a while. But I do write, a lot of the time, just different stories. Trust me, have a look at the list. That's just the ones I've bothered to put up online. The rest are still WIP's that are on my computer.
