Sunday, February 15, 2008 So this is just a little update so everyone knows I haven't forgotten about my stories. I've been getting a lot of update requests, and I will soon but I've been super super busy. Plus I'm going back through my stories and correcting them grammatically from all that I've learned (eek, comma splices much?). So hang tight! :) Anyway, my stories, organized by category, then subcategory, and then alphabetically. Organization, usually a terrying concept to me. one-shots As They Sleep: FFVII. Marlene watches them as they sleep. They are what they are. Choke: FFVII. songfic to Nobody Puts Baby in the Corner by Fall Out Boy. Hojo-Lucrecia-Vincent love triangle She loves them. She destroys them. Warning: Only including this so you know this isn't a happy go lucky LucreciaxVincent fic. This depicts Lucrecia as beautiful, but unintentionally and eventually destructive. Not the normal Lucrecia view. Also, this is very not LucreciaxVincent, if that is what your looking for. Sure, they have a romance, but it's depicted differently than most people choose to. I Never Told You: FFVII. Reffie. She kept him on his toes. But today, it was his turn to send her spinning. Except not quite. "Today, he'd come home with blood on his hands." On Sins and Doom Trees: FFVII. Because Vincent always stands during guard duty. Because Vincent doesn't know what his sins really are. Splinters: FFVII. She was having complications. The Small Things: FFVII. Maybe Vincent had the right idea about things. Maybe it is the small things that count. Yuffie reflects on what would have happened to the world had just one person did something differently. Steal the Stars: FFVII. Yuffentineish. He doesn't belong in this world she lives in. Valentine's Day: FFVII. Yuffentine. He loves and hates Feburary the 14th. Vincent reveals where the FFVII universe's Valentine's day came from. And it wasn't to celebrate some guy who got his head chopped off...but close enough. Wicked: FFVII. The difference between Lucrecia and Yuffie. Inspired by a line from Wicked that was stolen and put in the fic. With due credit, of course. 10 Things I Hate About You: FFX-2, Rikku-centric one-shot. Rikku visits Gippal at the Machine Faction, and thinks about her hatred of everything about him - except, of course, him. In The End: Harry Potter. Yes, the Slytherins would always choose to save their own necks. But only because their necks were worth so, so much. Multi-Chaptered Hate Your Heroes: FFVII. When the world turns against them, the heroes become the hated, and the only people who believe them is each other. Last time they had to save the world. Now, they have to make the world believe it. "The world's gone mad, and now they hate their heroes." Circles: FFVII. Yuffie centric, Vincent centric as well. After Yuffie goes missing, AVALANCHE is called together once more to find their missing member- which quickly becomes two missing members when Vincent doesn't show up. Meanwhile, the Turks also face the losing of a member when Reno descends into the bowels of the ShinRa mansion and never comes up - well, not in the time they waited before being called away. Deep down, Reno meets something - or rather, someone - rather peculiar, opening more mysteries than it settled. Follows all three groups - and in a circle everything connects. One Degree: FFVII. They say everyone in the world is connected by six degrees of seperation. But for AVALANCHE, it's one. A scattered series of drabbles about how all the Turks and AVALANCHE have met before, even just in passing - one degree of seperation, rather than six. I like writing short little drabbles, so this will probably be around for a while. Voices: Their voices made them heard, but more importantly, their voices made them...them. Follows Paine from her childhood, where she abused - until she meets Baralai, who turns out to save her life. And saving her life, in turn, ruins his.
