| Moon Archer |
Author has written 17 stories for Harry Potter, and Lord of the Flies. My name is Moon Archer. You can call me Moonie or Moony, whichever you'd prefer; I've been called by both because this nickname isn't derived from Lupin's. I can read and write French and German at an understandable level, so you can leave reviews in either of those languages or English. I mainly read and write Harry Potter fanfiction, with a few exceptions (ex. The Choir Boy). My favorite characters are Tom Riddle, Regulus Black, Theodore Nott and Severus Snape. Slytherins as a whole intrigue me, becaue I belive that their moral ambiguity reflects the real world better than pure "good" or "evil." Not to mention that moral complexity is more interesting to write and reflect on (yes, reflect, I try and include themes in my stories.) I also like Remus Lupin as a character, but for rather different reasons, namely because he's a very nice, pleasant person in most of the books. I did most of my writing before "The Half-Blood Prince" came out, so keep that in mind when reading my work. The only story I'm actively updating is "One Day at a Time", although theoretically I may return to "The Tale of Tom" some time in the far distant future. I have three more fics I'm considering writing; one about Bellatrix Lestrange, one a Hermione/Theo Nott story post-Hogwarts, and the other a sort of prequel to "One Day at a Time," which would take place during the Marauder's Age and have a focus on the Slytherins of that time, including Regulus Black. If you ever want to chat, ask me any questions about my fics, or offer any comments and/or constructive criticism, feel free to message me. "You have to know how to accept rejection and reject acceptance." --Ray Bradbury P.S. If you watch Yu Yu Hakasho, check out the writings of Knight of the Sun. It's really good, even if you don't watch Yu Yu Hakasho, (which says something.) MTG! | |||||||||
