My name is Kaylee and I live in Canada. I've been writing fanfiction since 2004. Back then I started only with Harry Potter though. I left that for a while and discovered a whole world of people writing, so I started up with Angel/Buffy fics. Lately I have branched out, wanting to widen my fanfiction boundaries, with Glee. It's a fun escape, and anyone can do it. I appreciate any feedback if you have a chance to read something of mine. I know the old stories with Serenity are a little vague and you gotta take it with a grain of salt. I was young, I just wanted the story to work the way I wanted it to work, despite it making sense. Also, my old Harry Potter fics are slowly being edited and posted up, they have the addition of Kirby as an adopted Weasley. I know it's random, but in order to make things happen in a story, you gotta bend some rules.

I like day old popcorn, and cold pizza. I love movies and going to the theatre. I always buy raspberry/blackberry Yogenfruz at Galaxy. I take pictures of everything like a tourist. I have over 6,280 songs on my itunes and it grows everyday. I want to see every movie ever, and I own over 170 DVDs. I like to memorize songs lyrics and sing while I do the dishes. I love live concerts and going to Napoleons restaurant at ridiculous hours. I love candy canes and Christmas music. I like to make pasta with butter and I like when my Dad makes his pepper meal, and when Gramma puts carrots in her potatoes. Mashed potatoes are amazing. I love to bake. I make brownies and cookies, and I go crazy with sprinkles. People come to my house when I have treats out. I'm always talking or singing or quoting. I love Kevin Smith movies, and my house is covered in View Askew posters. Sophy and I want to take a trip to the Secret Stash in Red Bank, New Jersey. I love my brother Dylan but I don't get to see him very much. I love huge family gatherings, they all feel like my birthday came early. I met Sophia in 2005 at JFK High School, and now in 2010 we live together. Sometimes the most random of circumstance or accidents can lead to the greatest things. I tend to think that everything happens for a reason. I also tend to bottle my gut wrenching pain when I can't find a rational reason for something terrible that is happening. It all comes down to trying to be positive and taking each day at a time and not letting everything swallow you up.
I try to write everything down. They say when you don't know your own history, you are doomed to repeat it. I try to learn from my mistakes and look back on the past in both research and reflective capacities.
I like to read about Queen Elizabeth the First and the Tudor court. History intrigues me, but I have trouble with numbers and dates. I try not to care what people think of me, and I like to be very unique. Thus, I am equally interested in quirky and unique people who have a sense of humour, common sense, and don't care too deeply what others think of them. I like to dress confortably and often look like a loon in doing so. I like to play Mario Party on the Nintendo 64. I also like Mario Kart on the Wii. I cling to my cellphone like it's my life source, and I have a tiny panic attack when I don't feel it right away in my pocket, along with my keys and chapstick. I have far too many books, binders, DVDs, CDs, and boxes in my room. My clutter is organized clutter. My room is always a disaster zone. When people hate on Buffy, I feel personally insulted on behalf of Joss Whedon. The Producers musical, starring Nathan Lane & Matthew Broderick is my one of my favorite movies right now. I wish people would call me Kay more often, or give me a nickname. I often give people nicknames or code names like Captain Danfred, Doctor Dean, or Muffin. A lot of times I find myself missing high school and how easy things really were, even though they seemed to complex at the time.
Right now, I am going to blast Marianas Trench and sort through Christmas photos.
I just wanted to rant on because I wanted to open 2011 on a very open and honest start.
