Author has written 7 stories for Harry Potter, Discworld, Jhonen Vasquez, and Misc. Movies. Hello, everyone. I can't believe I've been on this site for ten years...October 15th was my ten-year anniversary. For anyone who cares, I'm a schizophrenic former hairdresser (and you think I'm kidding), and I'm really too old to be writing fanfic anymore, but what the hell--it's fun. I live in a big rambling house with my husband, stepkids, and a herd of both cats and flatmates. Should any of you enjoy my fic, I also direct you to my FictionPress account, which is linked above--I'd love feedback on my original work, too. Anyway, I hope you enjoy my little stories, cracky though most of them may be. I get to play in fanfic in ways I can't with my original stuff, which is WHY so much of my fic is crack; it lets me blow off the crazy side of my creative steam. :) I'm a notoriously slow updater, but the only fic I've truly abandoned is The Soul Collecter--I wrote myself into a corner than I can't get out of. (I also don't fully plan my fic out in advance, hence the unfortunate length of time between updates--once I run out of pre-conceived plot, I have to wait for the unreliable gods of fanfic to hit me over the head with some sort of inspiration.) I also devote a lot of my time to my original stuff, which doesn't help with my unfortunate fic-slowness, either. But I'll get there in the end for all my stories someday, I promise. :P | |||||||||||
