I love lots of manga, even those not popular. I love books, and I love the Harry Potter series; by that, I don't mean that I will kiss the ground where the author stepped on, and blindly think that all was well, when in fact, everything was not fucking well. At all. Anyway, I'm part of a lot of fandoms, and I usually multiship: like... everyone/everyone. XD. I don't have anything against yaoi, but yaoi fanbrats annoy me to no end, especially when some of them would bash female characters so just to have a reason to ship a male with another male. strike looks at Gundam Wing fandom /strike
However, I can be considered as a rabid shipper, or rabid hater, but I do know my limits... so for the record, I've only hated one character so much that I actively participate in bashing that character, but I do have my reasons why, and I do think they're legit. I don't bash characters just because they get in the way in my pairing, I bash the said character because of the vocal minority of her fans who praise her like she can't do anything wrong. In short a CANON-MARY-SUE. So, yeah. I've never imagined something like this to happen, but it did.
I love my ships. However, just because a fanfic writer writes a fanfiction about my ships doesn't mean that I'll go all "SQUEAALLLL! ZOMFG! UR FANFIC Z GREAAATTT CUZ I SHIP IT!". I only do that when I read "really really good" fanfictions about my ship. And yes, I do accept OOCs, especially when it has something to do with the plot, but only to a minimal amount, and only if the characters don't turn into Gary Stus, Mary Sues, Mary Stude (Mary Sue who's lesbian), or Gary Suey (Gary Stu who's gay). And oh, the last two were made by me, so it's not really official. XD.
