I'm a little pale faced on that pic up there. I'm tired. I only had two hours of sleep between Thursday and Friday, before I was off to London on said Friday morning, simply because I was so excited and full of nerves. Getting to my hotel room, after the Cocktail Party on Friday Night, I couldn't sleep (having just met her and was riding high on that) and had only about 5 hours of sleep. Then up and at it and ready for 8:45 Saturday Morning. That pic was taken only a couple of hours later that day.
AMANDA is just like everyone who has ever met her say she is. She is just amazing, wonderful, kindhearted, funny, sweet and has a smile for everyone.

These are basically the only Ships (TV/Movie/Book/Etc) that will do. The only ships there can ever exist. In my own little Shipper world that is. Don't even try to convince me otherwise, because you will never have any luck there. I just think that other Ships are totally nuts, crazy, bonko and all of those adjectives.

Though I am a notorious Shipper, I first and foremost likes or loves the TV show, movie, book, etc for what the are all about at first. So after having done that, this is where I start to look for any characters to Ship.

Therefore I also love or enjoy, these other TV shows/mini-series without the Ships:

I used to Ship the characters in Italics after the shows in the last 5 of those, however due to only very sporadic watching, due to waning interest, I decided to give up on the Shipping. I could hardly keep track on what was going on in the shows and it was even worse with my Ships. So I had to make that hard, but sensible thing, to give up the Shipping and just watch whenever I can catch an episode. But that's not to say, that I'm not still rooting for my Ships, because I am. I'm just not the active Shipper anymore.

I wish that we could get...
- To watch more TV shows in Denmark.
- Any TV channels in the world, no matter from which country it comes from, with no borders and then not have to pay for them in the process.
- The episodes from the US, so they can be aired on Danish TV the same day/week as the same day/week it airs in the US.We get Letterman show episodes a week after the US air date, so why not ordinary TV shows also?

Things to know / Ponderings, Wonderings, Oddities, Statements and just general questions I have / in regards to fandomming:

General
- Love knows no age or color. Thought both has to be 15 or older for any sexual relations. Danish law says so, meaning I grew up with this mindset.
- I'm not clamoring from the get go on TV shows, to have the characters of my Ships get together.
- I don't understand the concept of Male Pregnancy fics. The people who writes those is just plain, strange, to use a description that's not too harsh. As is those people who likes to read them.
- Why is it almost mandatory, that in those the-Ships-gets-married fics, the female part of said Ship(s) almost always ends up pregnant at the end or in some epilogue?
- I wonder why some people can't bother to capitalize names, whether this is on a person or place. It's not easy to catch a name in the sea of text, if you need to find it if it isn't capitalized.
- I always wonder why some authors/members leaves their profiles completely blank. If you don't want to add personal info, the least you can do. is adding your fandoms and ships for nosy people like me, who clicks into profiles.
- Just wondering how and where all those non-warranted Slash/Femslash Ships ever came from?
- And what the Hell kind of word is Femslash anyway? Isn't it the same as male Slash?
- I tend to gravitate towards, and like the characters, who has had a past with a lot of turmoil, which brought them into a deep dark hole for a while there, but eventually they fought their way back to the top and emerged as much stronger people.
- It is wrong of people to bash or belittle other peoples fandoms. That's why I'm not a member of any of those "i_hate_insert-fandom-here" communities over on LJ. People are allowed to love or like what they do and no one should tell them that it is wrong of them. No matter what it happens to be.
- I don't hate the "Bad Guys" because they needs to be there to make great plot-lines, to keep it all generally exciting and keep the viewer on their toes. I can find them annoying at times, because they tends to ruin several things sometimes, but I could never hate them.
- If I read X-overs I need all Ships - if it is any romantic themed fics - to be those I love from each fandom. It may be shallow, but I can't enjoy the reading, if one Ship is one I disagree on.

The X-Files
- This TV show + Ships will always be the loves of my life, will love it/them forever, though looking around here and on LJ, you can see that I don't do much in it, since I've pretty much have been there and done what can be done in this fandom. I will watch the show, watch the movies and read fics, but that's also that for now. We all know that Mulder & Scully is finally together.

CSI: Las Vegas
- Same as above. Just that this show will always be my second love. Well, it does compete about second place with Stargate SG-1, so lets this be a tie. This is also where I'll really only watch the show and read fics and dabble in my love for Grissom & Sara, who is also finally together now.
- But that said, I think that I'm developing an appreciation for the Hodges/Wendy Ship, so I might also be reading fics about those two.

Stargate SG-1 / Stargate: Atlantis
- My one true Stargate SG-1 team consists of the original members Jack O'Neill, Sam Carter, Daniel Jackson & Teal'c.
- I love all of the members who makes up original SG-1, but I kinda like Jack and Sam the best.
- I will only read x-overs of SG1 & SGA, if the Ships in them are my fave principle Ships.
- There's no such thing, in my mind, as a 5 members SG team.
- Why didn't we get to see more of Cassie Fraiser?
- More to the point: Why was Janet killed?
- Why wasn't Jonas Quinn brought back for a sorta goodbye appearance?
- Shouldn't RDA/Jack have been in the very last episode of Stargate SG-1 called "Unending"?
- I don't believe that Sam & Jack would hide their relationship from those that's closest to them: Daniel, Teal'c, Cassie, Hammond and Sam's brother + family.
- Similarly I will never believe that Sam & Jack wouldn't include those persons in their wedding, as some writers loves to write fics about.
- Contrary to a lot of other people, I don't hate seasons 9+10 of SG1. They're alright even if Jack's gone, and the Ori or Arthurian story arc bugs the Hell out of me. My consolation is that there is separate stories thrown in and that Jack and Ba'al shows up once in a while.
- I don't get how people who has only watched seriously from season 9, can claim they are big fans of the show. It seems to me, that they mostly are "Farscape" fans and only jumped onto the SG-1 wagon because of Ben Browder and Claudia Black, and haven't really made an effort to watch all season from start to end. In my opinion, you need to watch ALL season to claim that your a serious fan of this show. Else you're sorely missing out on amazing things.
- Rest In Peace Don S. Davis: 1942-2008. He was the actor who played "Maj. General George S. Hammond" on SG-1.

Why this? Well, I simply cannot tolerate name misspelling. So be warned, because I will tell you if you misspell any or more names in your fanfic. The spell check thingy & official sites is there for reason(s) and for using, also to check for correct spellings of names, if you happens to be unsure of the spelling(s). It boggles me how some writers constantly misspell names in their fics. It is beyond my comprehension how some writers can have everything else right but all the names. Whether this is names on characters or places. Or both. If you love your fandom and its characters, you should make an effort to know how to spell all the names in it or them correctly dammit...

So just for your information: All those names up there, those are the correct spellings of all names as they are rightfully spelled. So no excuses now.

FOR NOTES (AND OTHER STUFF):

About my unfinished fics...

So, after lots of thinking, I've come to a decision: I will go ahead and delete most (if not all) of my unfinished "Bones" and "CSI" fics. That way I don't have them hanging over my head and weighing on my shoulders, reminding me that I do have them. There's a whole host a reasons why, I haven't been able to write for a few years. Call it "Real Life colliding with Writers Block/Missing Imagination" and you have me, unable to finish fics that I have put a lot of work into. Fics that I will probably not, no highly unlikely, be able to eve finish.

In short: It is better to delete those fics, that having you readers pining for more and with me unable to even be able to finish them. So having them uploaded and glaring tauntingly at us all, is just not good for any of us. I'll feel bad and guilty, after deleting them, but other writers do it and keeps on writing, without seemingly batting an eye. So I'll just have to let that guilty go and continue my writing. Then it'll only be ONE-SHOTS, because those huge multi-chapter fics is just a weight on my shoulders. I deeply hope that people (the readers) will understand this. It just needs to be happening, right now, where deleting those fics are concerned. I'll just feel better that way...

Adding after deleting some right now: Left a few as "On hold for an undefined future", because I couldn't just delete those. I did add that line in the summary, as well as (please check my profile for details).
