I love horror movies (especially the slasher kind), Yu-Gi-Oh, and flightless birds of arctic regions (particularly the kind that jump from stone to stone). Spider-Man has been returned to my list of enjoyments after five years of being on the back burner, thanks to Spider-Man 2. my obsession with Spider-Man led me to watch Static Shock, because I decided I love superhero and supervillain stories.
I want to add a brief bit about Silence of the Lambs and other Hannibal Lecter related movies. I've seen them all, but my memories of them aren't in very good orderfor some reason. I recently watched Silence of the Lambs again, only this time it was rented so I could watch it all the way through from beginning to end (instead of in TV edited bits and pieces). This can't go under the fangirl obsessions (for once. Be proud of me!) because I'm not in loved with Dr. Lecter like some of my friends. He is, however, a marvelous character. He's so... brutal, and yet so... classy. I wanted to express my new appreciation for the cannibalistic doctor.
I was watching Static Shock and wondering, hypothetically, who I would have a fangirl crush on in that show if I were to pick someone. I decided maybe Hotstreak. You know what happened? I fell in love with Francis "Hotstreak" Stone, which drew me into watching the show on a regular basis. This led to more Static Shock related fangirl obsessions. Not all of them are listed for the stated reason at the end of the list, but the stated reason at the end of the list doesn't pertain soley to Static Shock related obsessions. That's what FGS (also defined below) causes. Hypothetical musings of the aformentioned nature are dangerous to the FGS sufferer.

I feel compelled to add a list of victims of my fangirlness. They are presented in no particular order or heirarchy:
Chucky Ray (Child's Play)
Brittany Foster (In Crowd)
Otto Octavius (Spiderman)
Francis, aka: Hot-Streak, F-Stop (Static Shock)
Michael Myers (Halloween)
Freida (Static Shock)
Freddy Krueger (Nightmare on Elm Street)
Jeannie Richardson(Feardotcom.com)
Jason Voorhees (Friday 13th)
Seto Kaiba (Yu-Gi-Oh)
Felicia Hardy (Spiderman)
Maxwell Dillon (Spiderman)
Angelique (Hellraiser: Blood Line)
Shiv (Static Shock)
Skinner (League of Extraordinary Gentlemen)
There're more, but I have my reasons for not wanting to admit I have obsessions with them, so... I have decided I have Fangirl Syndrom (FGS). It is an affliction that causes me to be more susceptible to fangirl obsessions than the average girl. Though some might just say it's my raging hormones. Of them I ask this: Why am I only attracted to movie/book/cartoon characters, then? Huh? I thought so...

Pending Ideas:
Octopus Assistant: Would take place after the Black Cat in the cartoon series. Otto takes Felicia with him when he parachutes away and threatens her loved ones to make her work for him. He wants to recreate the super-soldier experiment. That's all I really have on that for now.
Alien for Christmas: If I have time after I finish "Cat and a Half" and "The Temptation of Otto" I'll start this short little songfic. It would be written alongside "I Want an Alien for Christmas" by Bowling for Soup. It would be about Venom and Carnage, obviously. It would also be a slash fic. I know those two aren't supposed to get along, but what if one of them did want to be friends? What if that one wanted to be more than friends? I'm thinking it would be Venom talking about Carnage, but if someone reads this and has a preference, email me to let me know.
Silence of the Spiders: A crossover with Spider-Man and Silence of the Lambs. It would be more like a parody than a crossover, I suppose, but it would be a relatively serious parody. Otto, of course, would occupy the equivilant roll of Hannibal, Peter would fill Claris' roll, and Kassidy would be the guy they're trying to catch. It has potential to be fun, but we'll see if I get around to it.
