My name is Sarah, really, but my screen name is Wings of a Wolf. If I can't get that one for some strange reason on whatever site, I use something with the word "wolf" in it. I do a lot of original stuff and do fanfiction of whatever series I'm obsessed with at the moment. Which means I skip around alot. Hell, I'm an anime whore. Hehehe. I have a weakness for classic rock (go Sympathy For the Devil!) as well as bishonen boys kissing, and I draw manga-style in my spare time. I miss my spare time... I'm in college and hopefully will be in Marlboro come Fall 2008.

ON MY WRITING STYLE:
I like elegance in writing. It's the flow and word order that gets to me more than anything else, and that's what I try to express in my own writing. I'm not there yet, but I'm trying to be. I like to have some humor-- I can hardly resist putting some in-- but I'm trying to get better at that. I probably need to cut down a bit. I strive to weave the characters stories together in an honest way, be as frank as possible, and stay let the story read the same from chapter-to-chapter. The writing I admire most is quiet and let's the story speak for itself without getting in the way. I don't follow this as well in my fanfiction as I do in my original work, but I just do the fanfiction for practice and the fandom (and the shameless adoration) so you might not see as high-quality in my fanfiction as I am able to write.
PET PEEVES
Fanon! I hate when people base their writing on fanon and nothing else. Get a clue, people. Heero Yuy has a personality and is actually kinda arrogant, Duo Maxwell's eyes are not violet and I have never seen him be cheerful, and WHY, for the love of all things holy, WHY would you think that Wufei is a delicate uke? Bottoming is fine, but being gentle and blushing?! Are we talking about the same smug little idiot here? Seriously, I want an answer on this. Oh, and just for the record, WUFEI DOES NOT BELIEVE IN JUSTICE!!

Sunrise, Sunset - Part Twenty-Three. When will it be out? Are you kidding me? Only Fate knows, and She's not telling.
4-part AtoJi fic (PoT), and probably another multi-parter after that.
KakaIta or Pein x Itachi. I'm not sure, but after Sunrise, Sunset is finished it's definitely going to be one or the other. I'm hooked on Naruto. It's quite sad.

Fallen Angel: (GRAVI) Fifteen-part fic. Suguru was known as Tenshi of Fallen Angel, the singer with a face no one saw. His partner and fellow Fallen Angel member was his lover whose destruction, in the end, Suguru brought. Then Suguru finds someone who can see the true him without even having really spoken to him. Uesugi Tatsuha. Tatsuha/Suguru. It's a CD-fic to Fallen by Evanescence and proudly holds the title of "fic I can't remember why I wrote and really hate."
Gravitate: (GRAVI) A four-part fic about Yuki and Shuichi in which Shuichi goes on a tour, leaving Yuki behind with no one but himself to lean on. Yuki refuses to admit how much he cares for Shuichi, but by the time he wants to tell him, will it be too late? After the second Gravi novel came out, I realized that Jun Lennon had written that about Shuichi on tour too, but mine is much better. I wasn't too fond of the second novel...
It's Not Love: (NARUTO) A one-shot fic where Neji remembers various parts of his relationship with Gaara. Almost sickeningly fluffy, but still in character. Written because I'm in love with Gaara. I'm serious here. Well, sort of.
Inheritance: (GW) Multi-part with 14 chapters. It's 13x6 and is a Romance/Supernatural. Zechs was reincarnated as Maximillian "Zechs" Tudor, a popular horror writer. His agent wants him to work on a short story for the anthology All Hallow's Eve with the new writer, Treize Khushrenada, but some things can't be forgiven... even if you can barely remember the crime.
No Matter What They Say, I Love You: (YGO) A Yami Bakura/Malik one-shot that is also a wonderfully, almost disgustingly, fluff-filled fic. It's a few years old, so the quality sucks, but I liked it, so NYA! Posted in my Livejournal and the Conspireshipping community.
Shiver: (NARUTO) A NaruSasu one-shot; kind of bittersweet. Naruto and Sasuke have thoughts about one another. Crossposted (sorta) in the NaruSasu community.
Kissing Jirou: (PoT) One-shot AtoJi. It's told from Atobe's POV and I really, really like this fic. I don't usually like my own fics, but I'm usually pretty fond of my one-shots, and this takes the cake. Atobe is damned fun to write. Anyway, Atobe never knew why people kissed on New Year... until the one that he spent with Jirou.
The Kissing Contest: (NARUTO) A one-shot KakaIru. Gai overhears something in a bar and hijinks ensue, involving much kissing and Iruka being accosted several times by an overeager Kakashi.

Sunrise, Sunset: (NARUTO) A multi-part Naruto fic that should end up being 30+ chapters long, probably more. Twenty-two chapters done so far. Naruto receives an offer he can't refuse from Akatsuki and, hoping to bring Sasuke home again, joins up with them. Itachi/Naruto, some hints of Sasuke/Naruto.
I'm honestly considering Gaara x Sakura in SS, which is weird on so many levels. My LiveJournal should have a lemon one-shot of ItaNaru from this fic at some point. I think I might consider a ItaSasuNaru one-shot sometime in the future as well, but that's sort of... timeline optional. It'd hitch to SS, but you wouldn't have to read it and if you wanted you could ignore it. I'm not sure about that one, though.
