My name is Nicole. I'm old(ish) but probably younger than you think when i say old, so there is the very vague and wide window of my age. I think that I am a writer, but I also like to act and sing and read and watch movies and dance to soundtracks and laugh. I have a very obsessive nature, especially for obscure characters in a big fandom (i.e Harry Potter) and love triangles.

RENT completely changed my life.

I like to think that one day I'll be able to create all that I have inside and put it into something useful and beautiful that will impact the world. I also like to think that Mark Cohen is mine, and that Fred Weasley and Sirius Black didn't die. My mind is slightly unhinged and totally unabound but I think its charming when you look at it long enough.

When it comes to fandoms...here is the deal:

Marlene McKinnon, Angelina Johnson, Sirius Black and Bellatrix Black are my favorite characters in Harry Potter. MM is mostly do to stories by Lady Altair and Lyin' who have definately shaped my Marlene into something similar to their's. Also, for some reason, MM looks like Rosario dawson in my mind...and I love her. I can't rmemeber why I like Angelina so much, but I just think she's driven and Fred/Angelina will be the ship I sail FORVER. Sorry JK. Your canon after book 7 was lame. Sirius and Bellatrix just have a lot to them and they're very complex characters, so that is the main attraction to them.

I am a die hard fan of emotionally strong women. Some people like physically strong women ( you know, female warriors fighting alongside only men, Xena warrior Princess type girls) but I think that is actually kind of clichéd. I think that the heart and just being a women is enough of a battlefield. I also love love triangles. I don't know why, but I think that they are really emotional and they just pull me. Fandom wise, I Like: Sirius/Marlene/Gideon (Harry Potter); Jean/Logan/Ororo, Scott/Jean/Logan, Remy/Ororo/Logan, Rogue/Remy/Ororo (X-Men); Joanne/Maureen/Mark, Benny/Mimi/Roger, April/Roger/Mimi (RENT)

Out of all of this brings my other favorite characters. For RENT it's really hard, because I love all of the characters, but Mark is definately my favorite because he's the most tragic and just adorable. I also really like Maureen and Mimi. The 3 M's, we could say. X-Men is all about Ororo, Logan, and Remy. They're my favorite just cause Logan is so hardcore and Ororo is too cool for life and Remy is delicious.

I have always, always been a sucker for tragedy. i find drama and angst beautiful, but as long as the angst isn't emo. There is a thin line between emo and angsty and I think that Mark's character in RENT stays on the angst side of the line, and I love his character sooooooo much.

It Always Comes Back To You- Still being edited, but has come to a standstill. There has been MAJOR changes, so please re-read and re-review because I'm always looking for suggestions.

Our Lives as We Know It- Might go through an edit for some new ideas, considering a couple extremely negative reviews from someone knows as the Critique. I will continue to update it and progress the story, by inspiration is lacking, and I need new ideas...

Hector and Andromache- Still a WIP. I lost a lot of my work (laptop FAILED), so I'm trying but...not really. I really want to write this story and I'm still thinking about it. I can't promise anything soon, though.

Beautiful Bellatrix- My first Bellatrix fanfiction. I will either expand this one, or write another one about the entire Black family, centered around Bellatrix and her sisters.

Playing a Game- Will be getting edited as well. Small edits, maybe a bit longer, maybe not.
