If you find a story you love and want to see more of, DON'T scribble an annoying one-liner. Leave a review telling the Author what you think of the story they took time and effort to both write and put up here on ff-dot-net.

We are an online community people, a near culture of our own. Not just for every fandom but everyone that's a part of this site.

Like any community we need to respect those next door to us, so to say. And HELP new members and Authors. If someone is new or not the best of writers, please don't 'flame' them half way to death or more, leave a review, comment or PM that can help them improve.

This includes people that sign up here for no other reason than to hunt for stories that aren't the best and chew out the poor author for not know what they're doing. Sometimes all it takes is for you to explain why you shouldn't do this or that and the author can improve.

RESPECT other authors' ideas and concepts. As well as what they like. Please don't yell at someone who believes in non-slash stories, or on the flip side slash stories. Freedom of speech is for us all. You would not believe some of the stuff I've gotten in reviews, PMs and emails.

I, like many others, like what I like. I have my ideas and theories of things and will put them out in stories because I like them. If others like them too all the better. But if you don't like what I, or other authors have, don't b-otch and yell about it.

NO ONE is forcing you to read something you don't like. If it's not to your tastes just pass it over and go on to something you do like.

Again, please be respectful, kind, understanding and most of all: Be open to new and old things. Remember most of all that a closed mind is a dead mind.

My writing challenge to you all
(I'm doing it too!)

Bionicle based. This is going to be the revise of the slightly over used 'Toa/Matoran somehow pop into the human and random human[s] hides Toa/Matoran from prenatal and/or authority figure[s]'

Idea A)
The random human is somehow punted into the Bionicle world, let’s say Metru Nue. [Canon] Matoran finds human tries to hide human so human doesn't end up in a stasis tube in the archives.

This Matoran has to take into consideration that the human needs to be fed and ‘drained’ XD There could also be the threats of the Vahki, discovery or food not sitting well with the human. Also remember the natural hazards of a Metru, like fumes in Ta-Metru, and getting lost in Onu-Metru or falling from some high point in Le-Metru. There are many nice things around too so it’s not all bad.

Idea B)
Similar to the other idea but the Matoran finds human in stasis tube somewhere deep in the archives of Onu-Metru that was broke, or s/he broke the stasis tube lets human out. Assuming the Matoran doesn’t call for help right away by finding out the human can talk that is. Human can have wet cloths or no cloths to start with, if the latter either cloths are stored under the stasis unit or the Matoran makes/gets something. [Awkward!]

As an added fun bonus there can be a language problem, I.e Human can’t understand Matoran. Find a way to overcome that! I have XD
