UPDATE (April 2013): Hi, everyone. I know I haven't updated in years and to be honest, I'm not sure if I'm going to continue with my fic. I got stuck on it and I realized it was because I wrote it in a way that I didn't particularly like or think was good so...I don't know. I might go back and rewrite the fic, but I'm not sure if I will because I'm super busy now due to school and because I'm thinking about what I have to do after I graduate college/uni. To be honest, I'm really embarrassed at how I wrote the fic and I do have some ideas of where I want(ed) the fic to go, but again, not sure if I have enough time to devote to writing anymore. I'll keep you guys posted. Also, for those of you who've stuck around all this time, thank you so much!

So this will be split up into three parts. An about me-ish section, a fanfic related section, and author bulletins! :D

About Me: I'm not new to FF.net as you can probably tell by the date I registered on this site. I deleted my original fic though because the plot was terrible, the writing was terrible, and well, my OC was terrible. The characters kept haunting me for the past few years (I know, I sound like I have issues) and I finally decided I had to do something so here I am, years after I last updated my fic to start over new! I changed the title of the fic and I have new ideas for the direction I want to take it...and I changed my pen name because I had to get away from all that and have a fresh start. :)

I'm still working on my writing and am always trying to improve because I'm nowhere near being a super amazing writer so all reviews are welcome. Of course, flames will be hurtful, but I am not going to reply in all caps lock and keyboard bash you. Everyone has his or her own opinions. However, I'd much rather have lovely reviews as does any writer...as well as constructive criticism. I lovelovelovelove x 1000 constructive criticism so if you read something I write and have tips on how to improve my writing or some aspect of my fic (plot, character, etc) or things you just want to point out, please do not be shy! Just tell me :)

Favorite manga/anime: I'll just list a bunch I like...I haven't read some of these in such a long time though!: Naruto, Bleach, Liar Game, Death Note, Until Death Do Us Part, NANA, Hana Kimi, Bakuman, Eyeshield 21, Skip Beat, xxxHolic, Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle, et cetera. I probably forgot a bunch to be honest.

Favorite TV shows: Sherlock, Game of Thrones, Arrested Development, Doctor Who

Favorite movies: Inception, Batman: The Dark Knight, The Prestige, Howl's Moving Castle, Spirited Away, Paprika, Taxi Driver, Trainspotting, and...way too many to list here.

Favorite books: Too many to list.

I need to update my favorite authors/stories list because it's quite inaccurate right now. I still have stuff on there that I liked when I was in middle school that make me want to hide my face in shame. This will probably be more accurate for now until I stop being lazy and weed out the authors/stories list on my profile lol.

Also, I would really, really like to say that I want you guys to be open-minded while trying some of these fics. Maybe they're not in a genre you really care for. Maybe you hate that pairing. Doesn't matter. Please give whatever interests you in here a try. :) I mean, some of these things were not things I liked...for instance, I might've read a pairing that I don't really like/care for, but I was blown away by how artistically it was written, etc.

One of the most beautifully written one-shots out there; it's pretty much reflected by the number of reviews this one-shot has. The author still gets reviews now even though it's been years since it's been published! This either is one of my favorite one-shots or is my ultimate favorite of all time. I can read it time and time again and it will never grow old. Beautiful, tragic, and so, so realistic. If you ignore everything I suggest, I don't care...just please read this one.

One of the best written fics I've ever come across in my entire life. I seriously bow down to this author. I wish I could write as well as she does. She is AMAZING. *continues raving* Her other stories are extremely well written and interesting, but a lot of her fics are rated M unlike this one. Still though, I recommend her fics because they're unique and just...so...so good.

Honestly, I discovered this in middle school and I still think it's great. It's nice to know that I had at least SOME sense while picking out some of my favorite authors/stories! Even if you don't like OCs (in that case, you probably shouldn't be on my profile), you should give this a try. It was done before the whole thrown-into-the-Narutoverse thing got out of control and was considered kind of unique. While I'm at it, I'd like to recommend
