Well, we've come to this once again.
Today is the seventh aniversary on the Terrorist attacks against America that happened Sept. 11, 2001.
First, I would like to extend my sympathies to all the families who had a family member die that day in New York, Washinton D.C., or on one of the three planes.
And I would also like to note the heroism of "The First Citizen Heroes of the 21st Centruy." The passangers of United Flight 93. It was due to their heroic efforts against their armed high-jackers that United 91 did not reach its intended target (The White House) and instead crashed in an empty field. They gave their own lives in order to protect everyone at the White House, and we will never forget their sacrifice. If you want to see their heroic story, rent the movie "United 91", which is really good.
And, also, to all of the American men and women stationed over seas, fighting the war in the Middle East, I honor the sacrifices that you make for us every day so that the war has little effect on us at home. There hasn't been a huge attack against our country on our own soil since, and it's thanks to you.
So: To everyone who died that fateful day of September 11, 2001; and to everyone who continues to die in the name of Fighting Against Terror, we will never forget.
Listen up! Every person who considers themselves a Jak and Daxter fan should read this: Naughty Dog is making a new Jak and Daxter Game called Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier! There's not much info on it yet, besides the fact that Sony has confirmed it's existance, that it will be for both the PS2 and the PS3, and that it will be an online networked game. Funniest Moment Playing Videogames: On time, I was playing through Jak 3, and I was going through an enemy-heavy area. So, naturally, I was high-strung and ready to react to an ambush at a moment's notice. Then I noticed movement on the screen and I sent four or five Blaster shots at it. It was only then that I realized that I had succeeded in blowing the crap out of a plant that was blowing in the wind! If Samos were real, he'd be pissed off at me right now.
Likes: Jak, computer, Orlando Bloom, people who send in nice reviews, reading, English, videogames, my dog, TV, food, manga, and animes.
Dislikes: JakxDaxter fics. (No offence, but, ew. Cross-speices romances are just wrong!) People who say they hate something before they try it. (JakxDaxter Fans: I have read a few of these, and I don't like them.) Buruesl Sprots, nagging people, and kids who get in trouble alot, kids in general, MORONS! (Who actually likes these people?!)

Well, having been inspired by Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, I bought Final Fantasy VII on Amazon.com, and I have beaten it!! Hooray!!
I know that some people would complain about the headache-inducing graphics. I'll be honest. The graphics are down-right crappy compared to the later Final Fantasy X, X-2, and XII. (Even crappier than Final Fantasy VIII, which I'm playing now.) But graphics have never been the important thing about RPGs. RPGs are about story, character, and character development. And, in these areas, Final Fantasy VII did not disappoint me.
As one who has played Final Fantasy and Fanal Fantasy II, and experienced stories that are as simple as 'level up your characters to save the world from an evil monster/ruler', FFVII's story was refreshingly good. The characters were much deeper. (Unlike the completely name-less characters that you play in FF) and they have realistic issues. Certainly Cloud has a lot of them. And Sephiroth just may be the best bad guy that I've ever had the pleasure of beating the crap out of.
Also, Sephiroth is a lot harder to beat in Kingdom Hearts than he is in the original game. First form: Knights of the Round. Killed with one hit. Second form: 5-10 minutes 'boss stratigy tatics'. Final form: Omnislash. Killed with one hit. Kingdom Hearts: Hours upon hours of hair-ripping fustration. (Same for KH2). I was really shocked.
But still... all-around amazing game. It's worth a play-through from anyone who really appriciates gaming. Even at 60+. I give it an A.

No, I can actually sleep for a long time if I put my mind to it. In the summertime, I regularly sleep past noon.

No. #1: I am a female. #2: I am a fangirl myself. #3: So I write stuff that appeals to me. So... #4: I can't write for Fanboys. I'm sure there are a bunch of awesome guy writes out there who can give you what you want.
#3: "Can you read my story?"
Sure! (That is if it's something I'm interested in.)
#4: "Will you give me advice?"
I get E-mailed this all the time. And I am always happy to give whatever advice I can. But, know this: If I were any better than the rest of the people on this site, I'd be off publishing my own work.
#5: "Why do you like Jak and Daxter so much?"
That's like me asking a Star Wars nerd why they like Star Wars. I like Jak and Daxter because Naughty Dog has done a great job with it. The story is one that you actually want to play though and see the end of, the graphics are beyond words, the voice acting is professional quality, and it doesn't hurt that Jak is uber hot! Oh, and Daxter's one-liners are extremely funny.
#6: "Will you write a story for me?"
Yes and no. I am trying to work on a story for a close friend right now but I never have time for it. (She is constantly telling me that she will chew my arms off if I don't work on her story, but I still don't have time for it. In fact, I am even ignoring some of my own stories to write 'Back To You.') My other stories take the top spot on my list of priorities. Yes, if I like the idea, I will write a story, but don't expect it any time soon.
#7: "Why do you use words like 'Bastard' and 'ass' but you don't like to use the 'F-word'?"
The answer: 'Morality.' I almost never curse outloud. And when I do, it's restricted to words like 'ass' and 'crap'. But, I feel it's okay to write words like 'bastard' bucause I'm not 'saying' it, per say. But, I never, ever, ever, write out the 'F-word'. Sometimes, it is the only thing that fits, like the prison scenes in 'Were You There' but I cencored it. See, it's just a question of morality.
#8: "Can you give me some general advice?"
Yes, I can. And I'll just put it here. It is something that Eoin Colfer, the author of 'Artemis Fowl' series, said in an interview. Here it is: "Practice. Write everyday even if it's only for ten minutes. Remember, nothing is wasted. Eventually your style will emerge. Persevere!" I do follow this advice, and look where it got me!
#9: "It's been a while since you updated. Are you dead?"
No. If I were dead, I wouldn't be typing now, would I? No, I've just had computer trouble. :Coughparentswon'tbuyinternetcough: But, I swear to God, I am going to use my own money to buy internet as soon as I get a job when I turn 16.
#10: "Can you be my editor?"
Okay, so I've only been asked this once, but it rather scared me. No, I can't beta for anyone for several reasons: 1: I don't even have time to proof read my own stories... I just rely on the Spell check. 2: I'm a terrible editor because even when I do edit, I miss stuff. 3: I'd do too easy. I'd be all like. "Double negitive? Well... maybe they meant it to be a double negitive." So please, find someone who actually will do it right.
#11: "What is the hardest part about writing fanfiction?"
I know what some people will say, but for me, personally, the hardest part about writing fanfiction is keeping all my stories straight. Sometimes, I'll be writing for a story, and I'll seriously what to add a plot point that I thought of for Children of the Precursors. But then I'll be 'wait, I can't do this yet, because that plot point is for COTP!' The worst I've ever done is writing for one story while I thought I was writing for another.
