Hi, I'm Serenity.
Oftentimes, I'm split into two people... Queen Serenity, the normal me... and my alter-ego, Sere G, the one that has the infinitely dirty mind and who can be inifitely cruel... but fun. She's the total party girl, you know?
Lately, I've been trying to challenge myself to write new things. Example: One of my In-Progress stories, "Fighting Fire with Fire", contains pain. By pain, I mean the torture-type. Writing it made me sick-feeling, but it also felt like something I had to do... to get it out of me, you know?
The story I've been working on longest is Sailor Negamoon. I've been writing it since I was eleven... no, that's not exactly right. I'd better explain. When I was eleven, I wrote a few chapters of it... years later, when my skills had improved, I found it hiding in a dark corner of my computer and did a massive re-write, then reposted. Similar with Daughter of WiseMan. I'll tell you something, though, that makes those two stories a little hard for me to work on now... I haven't seen Sailor Moon R for years. All I ever get to see is from the Witches 5 on up... currently, I have no way to get the R season. And so, I have to depend on memory and fanfics to gauge characters' personalities. It really sucks.
Don't ask me why, but often it is very hard for me to finish stories. It's like... I don't always know where they're leading, or I don't want to let them go, you know?
Realizes something Geeze, I say 'You know' a lot, don't I? Sorry... it's just the way I talk, sometimes. 'Least I don't say like every other word.
My update schedule probably seems wierd to some... but it's not my fault. See, I have a home computer, but no home phone-line right now... I have to depend on internet computers, and they're not always dependable.
I'll tell you a little bit about myself... I'm a bit eccentric. I'd have to be, to write the kind of stories I write. People in my day-to-day life know me as a person who's sometimes a little too perky... but who gripes sometimes, too. I'm really caring, and really creative... and a bit mad. Tell you all what... I'll put up a pic of me on my website for you all to look at. How's that sound? Good? Good.
My latest stories are the "My Angel" series, which surprisingly took me less than a month to complete.
I would be really happy if someone out there who was good at drawing anime good work for me as fanartists... you could just draw for the fic you like, and I'd be happy with that. Examples: I really would be happy to get a pic of Serena and Vegeta together... but it'd have to be the Serena from My Angel, 'cause she looks different in that. Also, I'd be happy for some pics of Jade Potter... any style is okay. It'd be really cute to have one of her peeking out from behind Snape, shy. Or anything for any of my other 'fics.
