† Footise †

Nicknames: Lise, Lis, Footsie

Age: N/A (Far too old, evidently.)

B-Day: I forgot...?

Gender: Female.

Stats: N/A Too Cool For You, Betch.

Location: Somewhere in Canada

Likes: Reading, Writing, Piano-ing, Procrastinating, Rain, Chilling with Friends, Pen Obsession, Greek Cake, and a Slight Addiction to Shiny Objects... ( Will pick up any book as long as it has a shiny cover.) Napping, et cetera.

Dislikes: Snow, Chocolate Ice Cream and Syrup, Homework, School, Anything Work-Related, Winter, BS Forwards, Rats.

Music: Hrm... Basically anything. :/ Nothing specific because after a few weeks, I get over my latest obsession so there isn't anything that is concrete to what I listen to. :D

But if you really want a list of particulars, then I musically fangirl: Gorillaz, Mogwai, Mika, Liz Phair, The Beatles, The Presets, Aerosmith, U2, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Oasis, The Dandy Warhols and Lifehouse. (: Of course, there are more embarrassing ones that I truly don't want to mention, because they are incredibly embarrassing, which makes me SOOO glad I don't own an I-Pod, because people would laugh at me. And then die. And I would to be of blame. Fail. D:

Movies: I adore movies, although many of them aren't really up to par and it makes me really sad to know I've wasted almost 2 hours watching it. My favourites, hands down are: The Prestige, Fight Club, Amadeus, Kung Fu Hustle (even if it was ridiculous, awkward Chinese humour that no one really gets), Juno, V for Vendetta, The Dark Knight (there's no denying it was a very good film) The Pianst, Persepolis, Finding Nemo, The Princess Bride, and Get Smart.

Shippers: I ship Lily/James. :D Other than that, I like reading PDLD's a lot no matter how unconventional the couple may be. :P Then again, all the pairings I like are unconventional, sort of like life, it's all just this huge unconventional mess. :B (It's also because I adore Finn.) And FYI because I'm sure everyone has no idea what I mean when I say PDLD, it's Rory/Finn from GILMORE GIRLS. :B

Anecdote: I'm the kind of girl who makes weird sounds, despite the fact she clearly has no control over the matter, and thinks it's cute, but it miserably isn't; while others think they just stepped on a squeaky rodent, slamming their foot directly onto its voicebox to make that manipulated sound that is far too much for human ears, and fall into a gaspy bout of laughter as they roll around on the school hallway floor, completely neglecting that there was a time and place where some horny teenagers had sex ON THAT EXACT SPOT between classes, or, might accidentally snort up some cocaine residue; once they realize I managed to produce the goddmaned sound.

I am also the kind of girl who has no respect for proper sentences, and loves nothing more than stretching sentences over a hundred words long, although Microsoft Word telling her that it won't accept run-on sentences pisses her off immensely.

I'm the kind of girl who can spare the boy drama, and thinks that living vicariously through what-if's is enough to keep her happy. For the time being. I'm the type of chick who carries imaginary fictional boyfriends by the dozens, and has enough to share for anyone who cares for one. I'm the type of girl who could easily get a boy, but sometimes has trouble reeling them in, and keeping them.

I'm a dork, and I honestly do not really care what people think about it. I'm the chick who kinda found herself in highschool, and thanks God that Canada-Land Highschool is NOTHING like America-Land, because cliques would drive her over a cliff. And then some.

I'm the chick who realized that isn't scandalous for you to be seen with other people at lunch, and I'm the type of chick who knows that there are people who don't like her, but isn't about to waste her energy pining after the issue. I'm the type of chick who takes that energy, and gives said person something worth hating. Seriously, if the damage has already been done, there's really no point in repairing it. But I'm also the kind of girl who only takes it that one step further, and puts her artillery down, because she knows that she's the bigger person in the situation.

But more importantly I'm the type of chick, who hopes that if her apartment goes ablaze, that she won't a refrigerator full of simply condiments, and no food, left in the remnants. (I'll gladly to explain to whoever wants to know what I mean when I say this; just send me a message. :D)

So, I hope that you guys can leave here with a better sense of who I am, because I'm different from my writing. (:

Well, thank you for visiting and hope that you will come back soon. :D
