About the Me

Up up and awaaaaay! That said, I be Triola, completely obsessed Harry/Draco shipper and all around nice(-ish) person. I was born and partly raised in the freezing tundra often referred to as Norway (which is not the captial of Sweden, surprisingly enough), just outside of Oslo (which is the capital of Norway (and yes, that was today's piece of usless information)). I'm a student of English, so if I go grammar nazi on anyone, ignore me. I'm now completely out of things to write (which doesn't bode well for my career as a fanfiction author), so I'll do the cliché thing and tell you that my favourite colour is blue and that my hobbies are reading, drawing and writing (in that order). I can read almost anything, but I prefer fantasy and historical novels. And of course, most of all, a long and fluffy Harry/Draco romance. Draco and Harry are awesome (in that order, because Harry can be rather daft, while Draco is perfect in every way (can you say "fangirl"?)) and no other ship will ever have that same special place in my heart. I've recenty read the last HP book and I must say that I adore it. It leaves so much potential for fanfiction writers, if you conveniently forget the last six pages, which I am more than willing to do. So yes, much love and kudos to J.K., she will forever be my goddess.

Oh, and by the way, Harry and Ginny will never ever be a possible pairing in my mind, no matter how cannon they might be. Remus and Tonks however, I have grown quite fond of. Especially post Teddy. So yes, while I hated it a year ago, now I really don't mind.

Favourite pairings
Harry Potter/Draco Malfoy – in an utterly insane fandom world, it's the only pairing that makes sense. It's all about challenge, obsessions, angry sex and fucked up love.
Remus Lupin/Sirius Black – I'm not giving up on this one no matter how married to Tonks Remus might end up. They are beyond cute!
Ron Weasley/Hermione Granger – what can I say, they're canon now =P
Neville Longbottom/Luna Lovegood – because Neville is my personal hero, and Luna is teh awesome.

Pairings that work in certain stories
Ron Weasley/Pansy Parkinson– definitely works, especially with a really fiery Pansy who gives Ron's temper a run for its money.
Fred Weasley/Hermione Granger – I read a couple of really sweet ones with them.
Harry Potter/Severus Snape – because Severus is a very fucked up man, and we love him for it.
Harry Potter/Sirius Black – only works in one story, Corresponding Follies.
Remus Lupin/Severus Snape – Sevvie needs someone to keep him in line.
Lucius Malfoy/Severus Snape – I don't know how it's possible, but the only explanation that comes to mind is 'awww!'
Seamus Finnigan/Dean Thomas – it works, even though it means that with my H/D obsession half the Gryffindor dorm ends up gay.
Ron Weasley/Luna Lovegood – if it isn't Hermione, I definitely want it to be Luna. She simply rocks.
Fred Weasley/George Weasley – I might be a sick, sick person, but I promise I've read stories where it works. Cried my eyes out over one of them, I did.
Ginny Weasley/Tom Riddle (young) – it fits perfectly, in a way.
Pansy Parkinson/Millicent Bullstrode – read it once, and I didn’t run away screaming
Ginny Weasley/Hermione Granger - ditto

Pairings everyone should stay really, really far away from
Harry Potter/Hermione Granger – a BIG no no!
Harry Potter/Ginny Weasley – they’re like siblings! Even if it is canon -mutters-
Harry Potter/Ron Weasley – just... icky
Harry Potter/Remus Lupin – wrong, very wrong
Draco Malfoy/Anyone else than Harry – because Draco is awesome and Harry is the only one who's anywhere near awesome enough to be with him
Sirius Black/James Potter – I won't even comment on this one
Sirius Black/Severus Snape – no, nay, never, no more
Severus Snape/Hermione Granger – disturbing
Gilderoy Lockhart/Anyone – because if he procreates, I'll shoot myself.
Lord Voldemort/Anyone – can’t picture him the loving kind (which didn't stop me from reading a Harry/Voldie story which was awesomely good, but yeah, still)
Albus Dumbledore/Anyone, especially Minerva McGonagall – I have problems picturing people's love lives if they involve wrinkles.

The conclusion being that mostly, if I can just have my Harry/Draco, any sub-pairings can be tolerated.

My Stories

The Challenge of being a Veela's Mate – my epic masterpiece of 24 chapters. It has gotten awesomely many reviews from people who don't mind reading half-arsed Veela parodies with twee endings. I love people like that.

482 Lessons in Child Care– written when I was young and naive. I haven't read through it in years, I'm too chicken to do it.

Other than that, I write the occational one shots when they come to me (i.e. when I'm bored out of my mind).
