I'm baaaacck. It's been a while (is that the right word to describe an absence of over two years?) but I've gotten myself a lovely new computer and thought it was about time I stopped being lazy and got back into writing. Most of you probably don't care but I'm really sorry to any of you who were actually enjoying my ongoing stories. I'll try to update again before 2011. :) I'd forgotten the squadron of butterflies that accompany the posting of a new chapter or story but I sincerely hope you all enjoy the next chapter and would love to hear from you.

I feel too young to be writing my autobiography just yet so we'll keep it short and sweet.. well short anyway...
I'm Australian.. pretty normal.. most of the time.. Naturally I grew up riding Kangaroos to school and eating vegemite. Nah just kidding. Well not about the vegemite. I do enjoy vegemite. I also love MASH, Stargate, Harry Potter (actually i think this may be an obsession.. that means true love), CSI, chips and gravy, summer, the beach ... um well i love lots of things. Don't hate much.. maybe just Paris Hilton's sad attempts at tv shows.. oh and the word chunky.. does no-one else see how wrong it is?

One word i do like is squiggle.. it sounds so fun .. squiggle.

I think Philip Pullman is one of the most underappreciated writers ever and everybody should read the His Dark Materials trilogy. It is phenomenal. I have also recently finished reading Alan Alda's Never Have Your Dog Stuffed and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I recommend it to everyone although don't expect it to be a recount of life on MASH. It is so much more.

I love writing and am always telling stories to myself (both original and fanfics for various shows) but for some reason I really only read and write MASH fics. Maybe it's because the series is finished so none of our ideas can be invalidated in later episodes. Maybe it's because MASH is a masterpiece. Most likely it's just that I have a one-track mind.

I'm going to take this opportunity to make a blanket apology to anyone who receives one of my reviews and thinks I am being pedantic and picky. You're right. I am being pedantic and picky but that's what reviews are for: to say what you like and what could be improved. I am a typo-Nazi and I make no apologies for that. I hate them. They ruin perfectly good stories and although I realise we're all susceptible to their dreaded presence, if it gets to the point where I am noticing them, I will say something. Rest assured that if I review your story it is probably because I enjoyed it and if I keep coming back for more, it is not to torture you. As Trapper said, "I don't like a movie, I walk out." If I don't like a story I don't usually make it all the way to the review button.

I do not flame.

On the subject of reviews, I am an absolute addict myself and would like to give a huge thankyou to all the fantastic people out there who take to time to leave one. It is greatly appreciated.
