Author has written 4 stories for X-Men: The Movie, X-Men, Poppy Z Brite, and Harry Potter.

9/5/07 Please note: If I am not updating as quickly as I was before, it is because I just started Nursing School (RN) four weeks ago and its a 2 year program, so that's weighing heavily on my time at the moment. I have not stopped writing and Morgan's tale is FAR from over, I just need to, for the moment, concentrate on not 'accidentally' killing someone due to my lack of knowledge. =-)

So yeah...

I started writing fan fiction at the tender age of eleven. Back then, my stories were mostly verbal dialog, focused around an original character and either the cartoon, Voltron (the lions) or the television series, V- The Final Battle. Unfortunately, I never saved any of these. I then took about a twenty year hiatus from fan fiction, and instead wrote very angsty angry poetry throughout my teenage and early adult years. Too much angst for my own good.

When my ff muse returned, he bamfed into my computer in the form of a German, blue, fuzzy, betailed mutant, he surprised me by whispering in my ear, that I needed to explore his character a bit... All he needed (well--what I needed, see history above!) was an OC, and we were all set to roll…

So, I am very interested in original characters and how they relate to established storylines, and the characters contained within. I do try to steer away from including my own personal experiences and preferences in my characters, but you do write what you know, and you do know yourself the best. When there is information that I am lacking but I feel that it needs to be a part of the story, I do research, alot of research, everywhere (e.g.- tapping into the internet, my techie s.o., a gay coworker, my French speaking Scottish fencing classmate, my Grandfather (who actually has been to New Orleans), and anyone else who might be in the know.) Crossovers stories have also piqued my curiosity; I really enjoy the mesh of worlds.

I read mostly X-Men, Voltron (GoLion), Harry Potter, and sometimes Riddick fan fiction, and whenever I find that somebody has penned a well written crossover of any of these of worlds, I am THRILLED. Do you hear me? Thrilled.

What I have written, currently writing, and will eventually write:

In progress:

Empathic Evolution (X-Men movieverse) OC- Morgan McGowan

Completed:

Minus One (X-men AU) Wolverine

Product Endorsement (Poppy Z. Brite- Prime) Ricky/G-Man

The Spice Must Flow (Harry Potter) Cedric/Hermoine

Future:

Follow up story to Empathic Evolution OC -Morgan McGowan

X-Men (movieverse)/Grey’s Anatomy (Dr. Jean Grey/ Dr. Addison Montgomery/ Dr. Mark Sloan)

X-Men (comicverse)/Drawing Blood -book by Poppy Z. Brite (Remy LeBeau/ Eddie Sung)

X-Men(movieverse)/Voltron(GoLion) (Remy LeBeau/Scott Summers/Voltron characters)

Harry Potter (bookverse)/(Dolores Jane Umbridge/Cat Plates)

Great Quote:

It's not 'animal,' miss, it's 'Beast' ... a 'Beast' which happens to know a thing or two about the dynamic application of nano-effusive devices. Animal is a Muppet. (X-Men #70)
