Nana: We're gonna do this profile in an interview type fashion. We'll put down questions that you may ask . . .

Lina: And then, we'll answer them. So, let's get started.

How old are you guys?

Lina: I'm 20 and am a junior in college. Nana is 19 and just just started college this year.

Nana: Yep; beginning next January, it will be my second semester. We know most of y'all out there are much younger and we just find that so sha!

What's with the weird language? Are you foreigners?

Lina: Depends on where you're from. We live in Louisiana. So, as a result, in reviews, we put 'sha' and other southern words like that.

What's 'sha' mean?

Nana: It's a Louisianian word for something that's cute.

Lina: Not just cute. It's so cute, it defies definition. So, all you can say is . . .

Nana: Sha.

Ah. Does where you live affect your writing?

Nana: (shrugs) I'm not originally from Louisiana and I don't believe so. Lina?

Lina: I've lived here all my life, but I tend to use European terms and spellings of certain words, like centre, favourite, and colour. . . So, no. I don't write like a Louisianian.

Nana: Freak.

Lina: Whore.

Nana: Bitch.

Lina: Ass-licker.

Nana: Slut.

Lina: There's no 'I' in 'slut', but there is a 'U'!

Nana: Argh! Why do I fall for that every time?

Lina: (shrugs) D'know .. .

Nana: (crosses arms) Yeah, I guess so . . .

Lina: (nods)

Good. What genders are you?

Nana: Our names are Nancy and Celina. Chances are we're girls. Don't ask stupid questions!

Lina: Be nice, Nana. We want them to read our stuff, remember?

Nana: (grumble)

What're some of your favourite animes and mangas?

Lina: Oh, goody! As you can tell from our stories, we are very much into Fullmetal Alchemist right now. I have a particular obsession with it.

Nana: (nods) She's a freak. She's writing a story where Ed gets pregnant.

Lina: Hey. Leave that out of this . . .

Nana: (ignores) We also like Witch Hunter Robin, Wolf's Rain, Gravitation (1 & 2), Legal Drug--

Lina: Which they're discontinuing, the bastards!

Nana: --Fruits Basket, Loveless, Angel Sanctuary, Peach Girl, Trigun, Immortal Rain--

Lina: They had discontinued it, but I think they're bringing it back!

Nana: --Samurai Champloo, FLCL . . .

Lina: (shrugs) I'm sure that there are others we'll remember later.

Nana: (nods)

Any other shows?

Lina: We both love Lost, House, CSI (the original)and Grey's Anatomy. I'm a huge fan of The Closer (and working on making Nana a fan), Bones, Wanted, Law & Order: SVU, Ugly Betty, Amazing Race, Close to Home, Justice, Numbers, Without a Trace, NCIS, Desperate Housewives--

Nana: Goddamn, Lina.

Lina: Shut up Anyway, they aren't anime, but are still proficiently kick ass. Bow down and worship their greatness. Oh, and I love Mythbusters! Adam and Jamie are just wonderfully geeky! (laughs)

Nana: You big, big freak.

Lina: Shut up!

How about books? Do you even read?

Lina: Yes, we read, you twit!

Nana: (mutters) Now who's being insulting . . .

Lina: (ignores) I love any books by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child. Pendergast is my favourite non-anime character (and may be my ultimate favourite character) of all time.

Nana: Obsessive.

Lina: I'm ignoring you. We're both slightly obsessed with Harry Potter, and love Angels & Demons.

Nana: The DaVinci Code was good, but not as good as A & D. We took a vote and agreed. (smiles) I also love the series by Laurell K. Hamilton.

Lina: Smut.

Nana: Look who's talking.

Lina: . . . (looks pointedly away)

Speaking of smut, what're your favourite pairings?

Lina: My OTP is RoyEd, though I do also like Edvy, HavocxFeury, AlxFletcher, and (thanks to Larania Drake) AlxScar as far as yaoi goes. Het-wise, I like TrishaxHoho-Papa, IzumixSig, AlxRiza, AlWin, "Smoking Gun" . . . All FMA.

Nana: (raises hand) RoyMaes and RoyEd.

Lina: That it?

Nana: Yeup. You?

Lina: No. I also like Setsuna/Sara, Kira/Setsuna, and Kira/Kato of AS. Kasa/Rikuo (LD). Kyo/Toru, Kyo/Yuki, Toru/Yuki, Kisa/Hiro, Hatsu/Yuki, Shigure/Akito, Hatsu/Rin, Shigure/Hatori--

Nana: Which is just odd, because we refer to ourselves as those two.

Nana: (shrugs) Pretty much the same, yeah . . . Except I don't watch Loveless . . . and I don't see how you can like Edvy.

Lina: (scoffs) Loser.

Nana: They're half-brothers! It's weird!

Lina: Sara and Setsuna are full siblings and you approve of them! Why's that, hm?

Nana: . . . Oh, yeah . . .
