Author has written 2 stories for Chronicles of Narnia. NOTE TO EVERYONE: Since school has basically sapped all of my energy, I no longer have the time to write stories. I will NOT be deleting For Narnia and the Memory of Narnia. However, I have already deleted (as some of you may have noticed) Crescent Moon for two reasons: 1. I realized the futility of trying to make a good character out of a bad one. I was trying so hard to keep Bella and Edward in character while instilling some improvements in them and it appeared rather flat, especially in Edward's case. As the next few chapters progressed, I felt that to make room for the new Bella, Edward would have to play a smaller, less intrusive part. I am perfectly aware that the Twilight Saga is Bella and Edward's story, not just Bella's story. I just realized how stunted and stagnant their characters are. 2. I am no longer as in love with Twilight as I once was. A series of realizations about the plot of the series, as well as the characters, the general theme and philosophy and mindset, turned my devotion to that world into, well, pity. Stephenie Meyer wrote the books in a way that anything other than what she wrote would be logical. While I respect her, I no longer admire her. I no longer swoon over Edward - there are a lot of fictional characters I am in love with (Mr. Knightley for one, Harry Potter for another), but I find Edward too melodramatic and controlling, and generally not likeable and very unrealistic. A pretty face doesn't translate to a good character. To those who still want to have copies and continue the story, you can PM me so I can send you the first thirty-five chapters and repost the story as your own. You can choose not to credit me. I don't care. I apologize to everyone who loved and waited for Crescent Moon. I may write again someday, but it will no longer have anything to do with the Twilight Saga. XOXO, Noelle | |||||||||||
