The taste of barbeque chips in my mouth
Oh, and I need to trim my nails
They’re growing far too long now, for piano

Pensive reflection over the hurricane that never came properly
In attempt to promote my vocabulary
using big words I haven’t fully comprehended
Trying to remember what I had for breakfast
How would it feel like if I were in fetters?
Dragging around iron chains
And the really nice dream I had
Of burning skin and fearing the unknown
Perhaps I’m being too arrogant, insulting a book with three gold stamps
