Yu-Gi-Oh:Yami/Yugi (puzzleshipping), Bakura/Ryou (tendershipping), Yugi/Seto (rivalshipping), and occasionally Kaiba Bros. TOP FAVE: Puzzleshipping
Yu-Gi-Oh GX: Syrus/Zane (oniisanshipping), Jaden/Syrus, and Chazz/Syrus. TOP FAVE: Chazz/Syrus... or Zane/Syrus. It's just that so much of the latter is really dark and creepy.
Static Shock: Virgil/Richie, and recently (Oh, I'd say about 4/11/08) I discovered Shiv/Ebon, which is my TOP FAVE in this fandom.
Digimon: Kensuke (Ken/Davis, in other words. Or Ken/Daisuke in Japan, hence the 'suke' in 'kensuke'. Though Ken usually is the uke!)
RENT: Roger/Mark. It's 'yum' and 'awww' and everything good about romance! Collins/Mark. This is such a great pairing, and there are very few fics in it. :( Also Benny/Mark, which is great, but so sad a lot of the time, because people always have 'em break up before the play and/or movie begins. Top fave: I suppose Roger/Mark, because there is so much, that you can't avoid finding good stuff. But if there were more Collins/Mark, it would be top of the list.
Scrubs: JD/Dr.Cox Oh, I just can't resist! So much of it is funny or angsty or fluffy or all three! Also JD/Turk, JD/Janitor, and I once read a JD/Todd. Top fave: JD/Dr.Cox

Fave episode/book (and in RENT's case, I'll do...uh, part I guess):
HP: Well, PoA was my fave, but now it's DH.
YGO: The episode in season one where Yami Bakura traps Yugi, Tea, Tristan, Joey, and Bakura's souls in cards.
YGO GX: The one early in season one where Syrus tries to run away.
Static Shock: Hmm, I guess episode 8, where we find out that Richie's dad is a jerk-face.
Digimon: Well, any ep after Ken turns good, and there is a lot of Ken-centered angst.
RENT: In both movie and play I like the parts where Mark and Roger fight during 'Goodbye, Love', and all of the song 'What you Own'
Scrubs: Oh, I think the titleis 'My lunch', and the follow up (I don't remember that one's name). You know, the one where Dr. Cox kills those patients and breaks down. And also 'My Cake', the one where JD's dad dies.
Dislikes: The HP movies (I HATE THEM), Castaway (Wilson DIES!), fish (eating them, that is-not the animals themselves), closed-minded people, tomatoes, spicy food, Cat Stevens, having very cold feet (which I nearly always do), Dark!Harry, Evil!Harry, fics that have both romance AND plot (I only need one at a time), fics that have good plot but awful grammar, the fact that my best friend is a brainwashed Mormon (but I love him anyway), pollution, and other things that I won't even bother listing (mostly because one of the things on my list would likely offend lots of people).
Least fave pairings (I'm only gonna put the ones I can't tolerate in fics I read; I don't mind if they exist, I just really dislike reading them. And I also won't put down pairings I'm not fanatical about. Example: I'm not putting down Ron/Hermione. This is because because I can tolerate it in a fic, I just don't read purely R/Hr fics because I don't really like het, and, lets face it, R/Hr is boring.) : Harry/Hermione (too many people think of this as canon--imbeciles!), Draco/Hermione, Draco/Ginny. That's about it. There are LOTS that I simply wouldn't read fics about, but they aren't awful enough to list.
Least fave characters:
HP: Tonks. Well, I don't really dislike her, I just don't think the whole lupin/tonks thing makes sense, and I'm not overly fond of her, so...
YGO: Serenity. She just BUGS THE HELL out of me. Tea and Tristan kind of annoy me as well. I mean, they contribute NOTHING to the plot!
YGO GX: I HATED the Dark Scorpions, they were really annoying. Especially that guy with the hammer. Also Chumley. See the note on Tea and Tristan.
Static shock: Richie's dad, 'cause he's a racist jerk.
Digimon:Most of the characters in season 3 except for Renamon (that was a LAME season, man) and those two little annoying digimon from Season 4. (The one with red pants, and the one with the egg that hatched into Patamon)
RENT: Er, Maureen I guess. She's kind of a jerk.
Scrubs: Keith. He's always annoyed me.
