My real name's Lea. I'm more likely to get called shorty, midget, little person, dwarf, etc. 'cause I'm only 4 foot 9. So, I'm really short... But my official nicknames are Scotty (given to me by my friends when we decided we needed a landing party like in Big Bang Theory. lol), Guitar Woman as given to me by my friend Bernie, Short One (only two of my friends are allowed to call me this), Munchkin (only my Dropkick buddy Erin is allowed to call me that), J-O-O (running inside joke with my other friend), Puckerman (I'm Jewish, play guitar, am a total badass, and I'm in choir. Since last updating this profile, I graduated from high school and will be attending college in September. Random Facts About Me: I LOVE music. It's my life! My favorite band is Green Day. I listen to mostly punk, stuff like The Sex Pistols and Bad Religion and The Ramones or bands with punk influences like Bayside and Silverstein. I went to a high school full of ghetto and scene kids with a total of 2 punks (myself and this 1 other kid. jesusofsuburbia2o2o knows who. XD). It's sad. I pretty much hate all new music cuz it all sounds the same and nothing lives up to the same epicness of stuff from the 50's, 60's, and 70's. There are a few exceptions to that as far as unsigned local bands go (i.e: So Long Davey! and Plane Without A Pilot!). I hate rap with a fiery passion simply because nothing is actually original and nothing really requires much skill. Everything is sampled from other artists! So, don't kill me 'cause I have a reason. I hate most country. I like some really really old school country (mostly Johnny Cash), and I loooove Rockabilly (Elvis, Jerry Lee Lewis, etc)!! And I listen to lots and lots of Irish and Scottish music. Classic Celtic music, Celt-Punk, yeah, if it's got bagpipes in it, or fiddles, or a tin whistle, and guitars, I probably listen to it.

I play guitar (for 11 years now) and named my Fender Squier, Leonard (my friend gave me the idea to rename him after Nimoy), and my acoustic Fender Squier Sheldon (Big Bang Theory) and I've been playing bass for about as long as I've been playing guitar (named my Ibanez, Ringo, yes after Starr: Beatles drummer). I can also play a little piano and drums. My dream guitar is a Billie Joe Armstrong Signature Series Les Paul Junior with a Sunburst finish OR (and it's cheaper too) a Daisy Rock guitar with a Cosmic Sparkle or Champagne Sparkle finish (which I'm gonna name Beatrice). If you couldn't tell by the number of times I mention it in my fics, I looooove Taylor acoustic guitars and I'm actually jealous of Taylor Swift 'cause she has one!! x_x They are just absolutely beautiful and sound amazing! So, I really really want a Taylor and I'm planning on naming one of my future guitars, Taylor or not, Teddy. After Roosevelt. Haha. If anyone gets that joke (hint: from Juno), PM me and I will give you an awesome cyber high-five! XD I'm really jealous of Mark Salling right now cuz he plays a Gibson acoustic on Glee and it looks soooo gorgeous (haha, the guitar he played in the season finale is my guitar's cousin cuz they look almost the same but they're different brands)! I'm really interested in the occult, stuff like ghosts and haunted spots... I'm Jewish, I have ADD, and I love Hot Topic buttons, Guitar Hero, Mountain Dew, cheese, Jasper Hale, Ewan McGregor, Mark Salling (I love Puck!), and guitars!

I'm also a HUGE musicals fan! my iPod is full of soundtracks I got at my library like "Avenue Q", "Wicked", and "Hairspray"... as well as some more obscure musicals like "Evita" and "Billy Elliot". I am currently obsessed with "American Idiot: The Musical", especially after seeing this year's Tony's and seeing the cast perform (and then seeing the actual show 3 months ago on Broadway)!!!! _ John Gallagher, Jr. is my new celebrity crush cuz he's freakin' gorgeous!!! And he played my favorite character in Spring Awakening (Moritz!!!). Tunny is also really fuckin' hot, and that plus the fact that Tunny has always been my favorite character even before the musical was made is making Stark Sands my other new celebrity crush (I also met him, and he's sooo nice!). lol. But JoS is still my one and only love. _ Oh, and I also met, Michael Esper, Theo Stockman (yeah, that's right, be jealous. I met Lea Michele's boyfriend), Christina Sajous (she was really really nice too), and well... pretty much everyone in the cast except JGJ, Rebecca Naomi Jones, and Tony Vincent... But I saw John Gallagher Jr. before the show started and was like, literally 5 feet away from him (*squeal*)!!!

And I love the adorable bundle of cuteness that is my kitty cat, Josie. She's the sweetest thing!! She's a little tuxedo cat, mostly black with white paws and belly...

I'm a master at "That's What She Said Jokes!" XD I spend entirely way too much time with my guy friends cuz I make them more than they do now. lol. In general, I'm always the person making jokes and making people laugh though! I also do amazing SNL impressions, specifically "Gilly", "Target Lady", "Suze Orman", and well... pretty much any of Kristin Wiig's characters. And I have a tendency to make Juno-esque comments that are either direct quotes from the movie or just something that she would say... I'm quite sarcastic and snarky.

Puck stole my catchphrase in "Mash-Up" when he said, "Damn, I feel like such a bad Jew" because I say that aaaaalllll the time, or some variation of it like, "I'm such a bad Jew". XD But whatever, cuz I quote him constantly! I have an ongoing joke with my friend where we say, "I had sex with your mother" every time we see each other.

I have an odd obsession with crossword and jigsaw puzzles and I'm really good at both. I finished a 1000 piece Mona Lisa replica puzzle in like two weeks. Usually, I finish a 1000 piece puzzle in about a week. And I've gone through several crossword puzzle books with over 100 in each.

Judging from the amount of Facebook quizzes I've taken, I'm more of a nerd/geek than most people think (k, so everyone but me knows that. XD) because I've managed to get Sheldon Cooper, Mr. Spock (although, personally, I think I'm a little more like Scotty), Zack Addy, AND Billy Cranston the original Blue Power Ranger on four separate quizzes. lol. But facebook quizzes aside, I really am a nerd. I like physics and geometry, was obsessed with the original (and I mean the really old school show. I hate everything that came after) Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (I was Kimberly for halloween when I was in kindergarten and Billy will forever be my favorite ranger), still am obsessed with the old school Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, I'm a Trekkie, I read and obsess over Green Lantern comic books that I get at the library (and now just comic books in general), and I know pretty much everything about Star Wars. lol And you know what? I'm totally cool with that.

Ok, 'nother random fact I decided to throw in here... Ever since the Harry Potter movies came out, I've been unable to say the words "Ireland/Irish", "Scotland/Scottish" (or Groundskeeper Willy) or "Australia" without those respective accents... And in fact, I occasionally slip into a Scottish accent in everyday conversation when talking about Groundskeeper Willy, Scotty, or The Proclaimers! No idea why. I can say "British" just fine! It's just a fun little fact about me... which might explain why I love Harry Potter so much... and why "Ireland" is such a freakin' fun word to say! XD In truth, I just pick up on certain accents very easily. Another little hobby of mine is analyzing accents, because I'm really good at placing them. If I've heard it before, I'll most likely be able to place it. =]

And I thought I should probably throw this in cuz it's been asked more than once. I use a bunch of "Christian" rock bands (i.e: MxPx, Relient K) in my fanfics, yet my fics contain a fair amount of cussing. So, I should probably start off with, I'm not even Christian. I am Jewish, and not very religious at that. I don't think there's anything wrong with cussing, especially if I'm writing in teenage POVs (if you went to my high skool, you'd realize how much we actually drop f-bombs in everyday conversation). Also, as for bands who have been labeled as "Christian rock", I think that's complete bullshit! Relient K especially. I just love their quirkiness and their ability to laugh at themselves! Sure, they have like maybe 2 "religion" oriented songs, but most of their songs are just fun and awesome! I mean, they did a cover or "The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything" from Veggie-Tales of all things!! How kickass is THAT? And the other band I mentioned, MxPx... I have no fuckin' idea how they got the "Christian rock" label. o_O They're just an amazing punk band, with no religious themes in any of their songs that I can think of! I just love their music and Mike Herrera is amazing! So, for any of you who might be wondering about my excessive use of MxPx... well, they're just fantastically amazing. I'll admit that there are some bands who actually are "Christian rock" (i.e: Switchfoot), but I don't really care. Cuz chances are I listen to it, but I just think it's good music. Hope this clears up any confusion!

I'm also a total theater kid, except I'm not usually in plays. But I love musicals and I've seen a ton of them (including the ORIGINAL Wicked cast!! with Taye Diggs as Fiyero). I was recently in my very first play which is... RENT!! The "school edition" anyway. I was the restaurant owner person in "La Vie Boheme". Jealous?? XD And I'm the person who knows all of the random, obscure Andrew Lloyd Webber musicals that weren't as big as Cats or Phantom of the Opera. lol.

My pet peeves are people who insist they have no accent (EVERYONE has an accent! Everyone!), chat speak in fanfics (unless it is used in the form of a text or to purposely make fun of assholes who write in chat speak), scenester bitches, people who can't keep a beat, my personal space being invaded, people who spell Green Day as one word and the "Dropkick" in the Dropkick Murphy as two words, guys who wear tighter jeans than me (unless ya know, they're not like totally anorexic and can pull it off), people assuming Lemony Snicket is British because Jude Law did the voice of him in the movie, people who are like "I totally pwn at guitar" yet the only thing they can play is the opening riff to "Iron Man" or "Smoke On The Water" (Sorry bitches, but I learned 1/2 of Iron Man when I was, like, 12), guys who are intimidated by my guitar playing just cuz I'm a girl and I've been playing for 9 years, people who use songs in their fics and fail to mention the song title anywhere or the artist (Please, just mention it in like an A/N or something, guys! It helps to be able to listen to the song while you read), fics involving a character (who for some reason is usually female) that learns the guitar and is totally kickass at it (it's not that fuckin' easy, and I would know), most people in general to be honest (I'm not a people person), people who own really nice guitars and fail to realize this cuz they don't actually play and as a result end up totally abusing the poor guitar, shitty scenester bands, shitty music in general (basically new music), people who, for whatever reason, have Jasper sing a Taylor Swift song in a Twilight fic (if I ever see a Glee fic involving Puck singing a song by her, I might just cry)... and people who give Puck's sister or mother a name that is in no way, shape, or form, Hebrew. I mean his name is Noah, and being Jewish, I know most Jewish parents tend to give their kids Jewish names (idk, it just kinda bothers me, probably because I'm Jewish). Yeah, really long list, but I'll be the first to admit that I'm actually pretty socially awkward, I'm definitely not a people person, and I'm kind of a bitch. And if you've done any of this stuff... I don't hate you. I really don't. It's just stuff like this that kind of annoys me, but most of you guys are really awesome. Oh, and it always kinda creeps me out when people write future fics and the kids have the names of the actors (i.e: Ewan and Nicole for Christian and Satine's kids in Moulin Rouge) or... if it's the character's middle name (k, so this is more for Glee fics than anything cuz I have the same first name as Lea Michele).

My Thoughts On Twilight: JASPER AND BELLA BELONG TOGETHER!! And Jacob and Edward can go crawl in a hole and die! Jasper and Bella just seems so much more natural... like Edward/Bella seemed forced to me. But Jazz/Bella seems like what WOULD happen if Jasper was single... plus, he acts more human, and doesn't make Bella feel inferior and he has insecurities and stuff... I mean, Edward's too god damn perfect! It's disgusting! NO ONE, vampire or human, is that fuckin perfect! He's a freakin Mary-Sue! XD

and I'm also super fuckin pissed at who's playing Jasper in the Twilight movie!! He looks like a fuckin teenage GIRL and his hair's all fucked up! They totally should've gotten Joe Anderson (click on Jasper's name in 'Pics') to play him!! Cuz at least he's hot! and tall enough!!

Also, for some reason, my version of Jasper has a Boston accent, as opposed to a Southern one... I mean, I can KINDA see him with a really slight southern accent but the Boston accent to me seems more... idk, Jasper-y... lol. But that might just be cuz im from Boston and i see Joe Anderson as Jazzy... but whatever. lol. Plus, ya know, a Boston accent is like ten times sexier than a Southern accent. XD

And as for fanfics... I have a VERY strong aversion to Edward/Bella stories and whenever I'm confronted with an unexpected E/B lemon... I almost throw up every time! -barfs at the very though- I'm not kidding, seriously, I've had really violent reactions to Edward and Bella and personally believes that Bella is too god damn forgiving and that someone should just castrate Edward with a guitar string (or, since he's a vampire... a nice, bass string)!!

Jasper and Bella are way better together, and as much as I love most of the fanfics about them, a lot of them still portray Edward in a good light, even AFTER he hurts Bella... I mean, wtf? Who's that forgiving?? o_O I'm a-ok with them being friends or whatever, but if he hurts her and she forgives him like a week later, I don't buy it! I'm not trying to put down any of you E/B writers or J/B writers who have done something like this... I'm just saying, I REALLY fuckin' hate Edward and any fic that portrays him as crazy, or creepy, or just plain dick-ish, I will love! Very few exceptions to that though. The Bella/Edward friendship has to be believeable...

Okay, end of this rant. And to be honest, I'm kinda over Twilight now. But the above still applies. Edward's a fuckface and Jasper and Bella belong together. =]

My Thoughts On All the New Fanfics That Have Popped Up About Damian McGinty From The Glee Project: Leave the poor guy alone! Please, if any of you writing the fics reads this, he's a real fuckin person! It's creepy that you're writing about him! Rory is fine. He's a character but it creeps me the fuck out seeing all these new fics about Damian! For the record, he has stated (recently) that he has a girlfriend and It's not Lindsay and it's not Hannah. And if I flame you, it's not cuz I hate the pairing. I don't care if it's Damian/Lindsay or Damian/Hannah or even Damian/Ellis. I'm flaming cuz it's creepy! Please, just back the fuck off and stop writing these fics! You know what, just stop writing real life fiction. Writing it about anyone is creepy! I'd say this is a pretty legit rant, please PM me if you agree.

My Thoughts On A Series of Unfortunate Events (Beatrice): I don't really care how much evidence you guys think you find that suggests otherwise, but I still think Beatrice (Lemony's Beatrice, that is) was the Baudelaire's mother. People who say she was the Quagmire's mother, all I have to say to that is: why the hell would Lemony be writing about the Baudelaire's if Beatrice was a Quagmire. If this was the case, wouldn't it make more sense for him to be writing about HER kids, as in, the Quagmire triplets?? Makes more sense for Beatrice to be a Baudelaire. Also, for those who believe Lemony is at the least the father of one Baudelaire (Violet), I agree with you. So for people who say he can't be the Baudelaire's father cuz he'd be dead and because he's a Snicket, think about that for a minute. 'Cause it's possible for him to at least be Violet's father!! I mean, obviously he's not the father of all of them, cuz Beatrice's husband was named Bertrand. But I'm a firm believer in the Violet Snicket theory and I believe that Beatrice was the Baudelaire's mother. Also, evidence from The Beatrice Letters pretty much confirms that she's the Baudelaire's mother (i.e: Her initials are BB and Lemony addresses her as Mrs. Baudelaire in his last letter to her in The Beatrice Letters).

I listen to lots and lots of old music from the 50's (Buddy Holly is one of my idols), 60's and 70's, and a lot from the 90's (mostly pop-punk and stuff like the Dropkicks. Very rarely do I actually like new bands (and I mean like em enough to have more than just their 1st album). Unsigned, local bands are different. But even then I still only like a few of them. And when I say new, I'm talking about around 2007-2010. I dunno, they all just sound the same to me. Screamo sucks, hands down! That shit needs to fuckin' die! Heroes: George Harrison. He was fuckin amazing both as a musician and songwriter, and also as a person, and I happen to think that him and Ringo were the cutest Beatles, just saying. Ringo Starr. He and George both don't get nearly enough credit for what they did for The Beatles. I strongly believe that the band would not have been the same, or as famous as it is without those two.
