I'm currently uncertain if I will write the entirety of the novel before posting, or if I will post it as I go. I am a supporter of the Sober Universe (SU) The magical universe of Harry Potter really and truly is the epic of a generation. Ms. J. K. Rowling gave us this universe, and many of us have grown up with the series. It's changed all of us. Many of us who would never have become avid readers have become such because of the series. Its magic has captured us all - but its era has begun to come to an end. Ms. Rowling has ended the series. She concluded the epic journey she started with the masterpiece that is the seventh novel. We cannot allow the magic to die. We do not, by any means, come near to replacing the master in her work, but the Sober Universe aims to let the magic thrive. Many of the Sober Universe are less than satisfied with the canon material that has been trickled out to the public since the conclusion of the series, and have ventured to create stories within the Potter Universe. This new class of Alternate Universe - one that complies with the written text of the seven novels and the three companion books, is a new and Sober Universe - a tongue-in-cheek way to say that the story is mostly canon.
