Author has written 15 stories for Holes, Outsiders, 15Love, Harry Potter, Big Time Rush, and Avengers. I finally got around to updating this! It's a big accomplishment for me because I am a major procrastinator. Let's see, what's still true about me since I joined back in 2004? Or better yet, since I published what I thought would be my last fanfiction story back in 2007? Well I'm still addicted to writing. I never grew tired of it even when I took a hiatus from fanfiction for a while. I've actually had a short story published in an actual book. That was an amazing accomplishment for me. I'm also pursuing my passion in university right now, which is journalism. My goal is to crack into the boys club and be a very successful female journalist, hopefully overseas. I'd love to travel the world plus bring people stories they might not be aware of. Honestly, I don't think I could go a day without writing. It's like breathing for me. If I don't write, I get moody and cranky. It's a way to sort out my emotions and that being said I don't usually let people read my fiction stories because they get so personal. I think that's why I took a break from writing fanfiction, besides the whole getting busy with life thing. Not only did I harshly criticize my own writing but I felt like I was putting my emotions on display for the world to see. So I took a step back. I still thought about story ideas and read fanfiction, but just didn't put pen to paper. I can't decide on one reason why I've started to write again. I feel my writing has gotten better and will continuously do so therefore I feel more confident in putting stuff on the Internet. I've also decided with this very stressful year that I've had, perhaps using my writing as an emotional release is not a bad thing, but a therapeutic thing for me. Also, I've recently gotten hooked on Big Time Rush. The fandom is so big that I can't help but feel inspired and want to contribute something. So my new story about Big Time Rush and I plan to finish it. For all of you who have read my past stories years ago, I've only ever finished one-shots but I feel that I can write a whole story now. It's my goal. One final note, I don't really like my old stories but I can't bring myself to delete them. For me, they are a reminder of the mistakes I've made with my writing when I was younger and how my writing has evolved and will continue to evolve since then.
