Hey! My (pen)name is Shaelyn. I also respond to: Shae, Lynn, Melissa, Missy, Mel-bel, Melli-san, Mellie, Amaya, Rajani, Ani, Zimmy, or Rayna. (Really just about everything!) I've been writing Harry Potter fanfictions since 2002 (I started on the Warner Bros. Harry Potter website message boards), I've been reading them since 2000. I also write poetry and songs (which music videos for might appear on youtube at some point). I'm hoping to be an english major when I make it to college in a year, if I get in and succeed, I will have fanfiction to thank for everything.

03/09/08 I'm going to start editing this again soon, I've just been lazy recently... I'm half way though the twelfth chapter as it is, I just need to sit down and finish it... it'll be up with in a month or so, I promise.
04/25/08 So yeah, the twelfth chapter has a lot of major inconstancies and I'm really way to lazy to rewrite the entire end of the story, I'm still trying to find a way to change the chapter without having to rewrite too much... I think I'm going to finish FoB first...
07/30/08 Right now, I'm working on editing the rest of my stories, because, let's face it, I'm lazy and they're short! I hope to continue to edit this story soon, but I might wait until I finish the entire story, before posting the rest. In which case, I would post one chapter a day. With this in mind, I will be working on the chapters as soon as I can, but I'm not sure when that will be...
2. Forging a Bond HIATUS (4 chp/9 chp)
03/09/08 FoB is going to be on HIATUS most likely into the summer and then maybe even then some, I'm not all the keen on finishing this story, I know at some point it had some sort of a following, but I'm really sick of the story... I will finish it... I just don't know when.
07/30/08 I'm sure most of you think that this story will never be finished. And I, sadly might have to agree. Right now, I'm not working on this story AT ALL. I just can't bring myself to do ANYTHING with it. I just lost the will to continue it. After I finish the story that I'm working on posting, which might take a while, I'll re consider this story. I'm really sorry to all of the people who supported this story and the prequel, I hope to make it up to all of you!
