Hi everyone, I just thoughtI should actually write something in my profile and give you all some background information since I am planning to start writing some fanfiction in the nextfew weeks. I am an American and I am very proud to live in this country. I am a Freshman in High School and was in the gifted programs in 5th through 8th grades.I am not a very religious person, in fact, I have not ever even been to church since I was probably four and even then, it was only Sunday school. I am Christian, Methodist to be a little more specific...I think... as said, I haven't been to church sinceI was four. I hope that anything I say , such as: "oh my god," "Jesus Christ," and foul language do not offend any of you who are religious, no matter the religion. (When I mentioned foul language, that will all be rated at least PG13 or possibly R just to be safe or depending on other content.)

I have been reading fanfics at this site since last summer andI highly suggest that you check out some of my favorite authors and favorite stories because they are amazing stories by amazing authors. (aks100, shezzly, and LavenderBrown are the best!!!) Many of them inspired me to start writing a story of my own. All through elemntary school and through part of middle school, I have always hated (with a passion I might add) writing. During the fifth and sixth grades,I would often sit for hours trying to do a simple summary or simple one paragraph writing assignment. During my eighth grade year however, I began to try to write a story on my own. This story was not a required school paper as most things I wrote were. I found it easier to write when I knew that my teacher wouldn't be reading it. I did not, however, finish that story. That was mainly due to the fact that I was having trouble getting past a the introduction (which was a bit lengthy) and I was having a serious writer's block. When I do post a story on this sight, I promise that as long as I am getting reviews (hopefully with helpful suggestions and positive encouragement,) I will keep writing. Plus, it should be all-around easier to write something when the general personality and background of the characters has all ready been set up.

Ever since I learned to read, I have always thought of books as one of the best things in the world. They let you travel the world and experience things you would probably never have the opportunity to otherwise experience. They let you see inside the minds of others and imagine the unimaginable. J.K. Rowling is easily the world's best author and has touched the lives and souls of so many children and adults alike throughout the world. She has created a world so deep in her imagination thatI often wonder if a world of witches and witches, and Hogwarts and Dumbledore, and Harry and Voldemort could actually exist. Her books and her world are so far-fetched, yet so realistic that I wonder if this worldcould be real and Rowling is actually a witch who lives this life. I don't mean to say that I'm a nutter who is trying to learn witchcraft or anything, but I am saying that no one on this site could ever compare to J.K. Rowling. Well, that was quite a bit lengthier than I had planned, but I thinkI got the point across that JKR is a complete genious and I am nothing when compared to her.

I will probably sign most a/n's reviews, and other things as "Winnie" even though it is not my real name, but it is a nickname that lots of people in my family have used and that Ireally like . Also, because of privacy and safety issues, I often use that name online. I hope that I haven't bored you with my very long profile and I hope that you read and enjoy any and all fics that I post on this site. Thanks for actually readingall of my profile since it was so long!!LYDNQ! (luv ya dearly not queerly -thats my phrase!)

P.S. I know that this profile was not very well organized but I hope that this does not discourage you from reading my stories. I typically have more difficulty writing about myslef and my opinions than I do a plot, especially if I have already mapped out the general idea of the plot which i have begun to do with some of my stories. Keep an eye out for a Lily/James fic titled One Tough Summer or a Ron/Hermione and Harry/Ginny fic whichI haven't yet thought of a title for. Thanx again!!
