Greetings and salutations everybody!

First things first... I have some apologies to make... If you're reading this, and you understand, this is for you. I'm sorry. I've been a ghost for so long and I'd like to say I have an excuse but that's not going to cut it. Life has been a crap shoot for quite a while. I won't get into the whys unless you want to know but it's been hard. That's not a valid anything, just a bit of an explanation. I love you guys, I miss you, and I totally understand if I've burned those bridges...

A bit about me...(in case you're curious about the face behind the curtain...)

I'm not in my twenties anymore and ya know what? Not thrilled about it. Although they say that with age comes wisdom, I don't believe it... I think "they" lie.

I'm originally from Detroit Michigan and although I'll probably never live there again, it's home and the attitude is all-pervading. lol I love cars, I love hockey (GO WINGS), I love motorcycles, and I love the dilapidated putrescence that is my home. Matter of fact, you'll probably notice that it shows up as a backdrop to quite a few of my stories. Ya know what they say, write what you know. Somethin like that. heh

I READ CONSTANTLY... Be it on here or (gods forbid) in the real world with an actual paper book in my hand, I'm always reading something. Some personal favorites are The Sookie Stackhouse Southern Vampire Series (Charlaine Harris) And if you've seen the show True Blood you know why, The Anita Blake Vampire Hunter Series & Merry Gentry Series (Laurell K Hamilton), The Black Dagger Brotherhood Series (JR Ward), The Vampire Chronicles & Mayfair Witches Saga (Anne Rice), The Song of Ice and Fire Series (George RR Martin), The Sword of Truth Series (Terry Goodkind), and last but NEVER EVER Least even though I hate just about everything else he ever wrote, The Dark Tower Series (Stephen King). You want a mindfck? Read the Dark Tower. Seriously...

I love music... chances are if it doesn't suck, its in my play list. I love Blues, I love metal, I love rock, some country, whatever it is they call alternative these days... blah blah blah. I even developed a healthy respect for goth music (in the 10 damn years I did security in a goth club, I suspect it was out of self defense)

LASTLY, I write. A lot... Well, there was about a 5 year hiatus but I think I'm back now. I wrote a lot of fanfic and evidently still do but there is original stuff in my external hard drive too...lol For now, I'm back here... This place is comfortable to me and I love that there are so many people out here learning the craft of writing and posting stuff up here for help or ideas or confirmation. That being said, I'm gonna put this out here, I'm not opposed to negative reviews. We don't learn anything if people just tell us how awesome we are (even though we are, aren't we? heh). If you don't like something I'm doing? Let me know. All I ask is that you don't come out with both slander guns blazing. Constructive criticism is key. Use it, and I'll be more than willing to put some thought into what you say. I try to do the same when I review. I figure it's only fair and what I want (and need) is to become a better writer.

Lover Revived REPOST~ (5/2/11 I GOT A CHAPTER UP!!! Slow...REALLY slow. But its coming. I PROMISE!!) This is my Black Dagger Brotherhood venture and while its been left untouched for quite some time, it IS in the works. Seriously. I promise.

The Rise of the Phoenix ~ Honestly? This one's probably going into the pyre. My first venture into the fic world and while it was fun to play with and get my legs under me, so to speak, its probably just gonna sit here so I can smile when I read the reviews. Thanks guys for giving me the confidence to branch out into things with more er... plot? yeah, that'd be a good one...lol

The Broken Road of Fate ~ This one is probably going in the vaults too. Too bad though. It was fun while it lasted.

The End of Forever ~ UPDATED! 3/23/10 Crazy I know. Nearly half a decade later... Vampires, all kinds of grr and argh and stuff. Take a look...

After the Ashes ~This is probably the next one on the chopping block. Besides, its nearly finished already. lol Once again, thank you to those of you who've messaged me about it recently.

My Agony ~ Can you believe it?! SOMETHING FINISHED! AH HAHAHAHAHAHA! Many thanks to Bkrbunny for pickin on me until I started writing this. I'm very proud of it. It's dirty...it's different (I think)...and if I've done my job, it should make you flinch and be terribly, terribly intrigued at the same time. PLEASE...read it. I was thinking of making it a series. If you think I should...let me know.

Alrighty then...That's everything except my Thank you's... ;) I've got quite a few of them so I'll leave it to the standard "you know who you are..." My wonderful friends whom I FINALLY got to meet at Wrestlemania 23...I owe you my creativity and my self esteem. I'd never have gotten even this far on my stories without all of you. Love and hugs and all that good stuff to you, my friends.
