Lieutenant Ji x Helmsman: My favorite minor/unnamed character pairing ever! Avatar: The Last Airbender, even though the characters aren't even on the show anymore (or at least for now, I suppose they could come back) they make a great pairing... support it, write fanfiction, obey. I fully intend to start a drabble series about these two, and I have already put them together in my fanfiction: Tension.

Itachi Uchiha/Hoshigaki Kisame: You guessed it, my OTP is Itachi Uchiha/Hoshigaki Kisame of Naruto. Why? Because they are hot villains (yes, Kisame is hot too) who I love each individually due to their known histories and current skill level, and the fact that Itachi actually has a level of trust for Kisame, and coming out of him points to Itachi that is true love as far as I'm concerned.
