Allie (DP): Pale green skin, green eyes, black hair, and human appearance. For the most part, a friendly ghost whom Danny has run across a few times. She couldn't be called one of Danny's 'friends', but she is someone he can go to every now and then. Don't insult her, or she turns into an angry poltergeist. Looks to be in her mid-twenties.
Powers: Normal ghost powers (intangibility, flying, overshadowing, etc.) plus levitation.
Power level: 4

Clarice (DP): A good friend of Allie's. She came across Danny and Jazz when they were trapped in the Ghost Zone. Blond hair, green skin, green eyes, fairly normal human appearance. For the most part, a friendly ghost whom Danny has come across a few times. She couldn't be called one of Danny's closest friends and actually avoids him more often than not (is usually rather nervous around him, due to the fact that he's on Walker's most wanted list), but she will talk to him and has helped him out. Don't lie to her or she freaks out, and does the same “poltergeist” thing that Allie does. Looks to be in her late Twenties.
Powers: Normal ghost powers plus ecto-blasts.

Hortensia(DP): A villain who captures her fellow ghosts in ectoplasmic plates and uses their spectral body for her own purposes. She's arrogant and usually aims a little too high. She doesn't fight herself, but uses the ghosts she's captured to do so for her.
Appearance: Brown hair, grayish-green skin, dresses like a lady from the dark ages, late 30's, anorexic, frail body.
Powers: Normal ghost powers.
Power Level: 2.8

Ashlynn and Abigail(DP): Twin ghosts captured by Hortensia, but as they can't be completely controlled by Hortensia's capture method, she rarely uses them, instead keeping them for her strongest and last effort. They escape and come back to help Danny Phantom “help ghosts” as they have been lead to believe he does, and are both rather disappointed when they find out otherwise. Abigail is normally sweet and bubbly, the younger of the two sisters. Ashlynn is terse, down-to-earth and sarcastic. If either one of the sisters gets hurt, the other will do everything in their power to protect said sister, even attack friends.
Appearance: Black hair, tan and black body-suit, gray-green skin, green eyes, heavily tattooed faces, late teens.
Powers: Normal ghost powers and lances that can magnify their ectoplasmic blasts.
Power level: 6.5 (each)

Alternate Reality Danny: Arrogant and kind of a snob, he has the normal attitude of most the people he hangs out with (the football team), and could only truly be considered the lesser of the football evils. He's back-up quarterback for the Casper High Freshman Football team, and is dating Paulina.

Alesha: Ghost under Vlad's hire with her younger brother Brian. She becomes Danny's friend for a while when he's extremely depressed. She has extreme mood swings, and changes her mind over major problems in her afterlife constantly, making her more than a little unstable. She's very protective of Brian.
Appearance: Dark brown skin, green eyes, blue shirt, gray skirt, long, black hair, aprox 15.
Powers: Normal ghost powers
Power level: 5.6

Brian: Alesha's little brother who gets killed by Vlad. He normally has a very sweet disposition, but Danny never actually gets to meet him face to face.

Joanne Baily Lee: (Don't judge this one too harshly, please!) Very shy (almost anti-social) girl who was cursed by her grandmother. She's not a half-ghost, and has only very weak ghost powers...and only when she's evil. Her "ghost" side (may actually be a permanent overshadow deal) has a personality totally opposite of her: loud, flashy, loves to be the center of attention.
Appearance: Short, brown hair, brown eyes, wiry body build, orange shirt and jeans, slightly olive touch to her skin. Ghost appearance: Purple and black. Purple hair, tunic, belt, shoes...etc. Black pants, shirt, top-hat (can change) and cane (can change), red eyes and pale skin, Aprox 13.
Powers: Flying, Intangibility (no invisibility), and the ability to change weapons at will, only in ghost form,overshadowing, super strength.
Power level: 4.6

Tarine Grey: Tarine isn't exactly the most popular girl in school, and frankly, she doesn't really care. She likes not blending in usually, and doesn't mind if she's the center of attention, but usually isn't and she doesn't mind that either. She grew up with her mother in New York City (never knew her father), and she's usually a subdued and fairly sarcastic person, although she tries to look on the positive side of things. It just...usually doesn't work.
Appearance: Light chocolate skin, blue eyes, black hair that curls towards the bottom naturally (she hates it because it's a pain to take care of, but she doesn't want to cut her hair either), white and maroon shirt, and levi's. Age: 13-14.
Powers: As of yet, unknown.
Power level: Again, as of yet, unknown.

Mandy Brown: A new girl comes to school, and while she has the "popular" disposition (always smiling, and usually rather loud), she rejects them and just about everyone else (including our trio), except for the once-popular Valerie Gray. She's energetic, tenacious, and opinionated, and is always trying to get other people to see her opinions (which annoys the people she's around to no end). (No, she does not have ghost powers, nor does she develop a crush on Danny Phantom or Danny Fenton).

Rita (or Ritina) Labec: One of the most irresponsible Jedi Masters in existence, she does not fully believe in the Jedi code, although she does believe they want to be good. She aligns herself with them only until she can find something that feels more correct than the path she's currently following. She's fairly lazy, but tenacious when provoked and resourceful. She likes to train and does so constantly. Appearance: Dark Blond hair (mouse blond, no red/gold), gray eyes, toned body (toned for flexibility and speed over strength). Green body-suit under a brown tunic, boots, gloves, etc. Lightsaber: blue (orange if I can find the meanings behind them and confirm my suspicions). Force alignment: Light.

Ooljee Elric: Married Edward Elric mainly because she loved him. She knew he did not love her, but was willing to try and change his mind. He wanted to leave a legacy behind, and knew he'd treat anyone family well so he married her. She's 1/4 Navajo Indian, raised with her Grandmother (Navajo Indian Reservation) for several years, she learned to love history and story telling. As of right now in the story, she has Lukemia.

Umeko Elric: Al's wife. She's Japanese, having met Ed and Al when they went to look up the Thule Society before WWII. They (all three of them) eventually came to the United States, chasing rumors of the Atom Bomb just before WWII started. It took them just about every trick they could think of to keep Umeko out of the Japanese camps in the US, and now that the war's over, she's still not very well looked upon because of her heritage. She's the only person in either family over the age of 13 who is shorter than Ed.

Eric Elric: Age 12 -- Son of Ooljee and Edward. He's almost exactly like his father, except with darker hair and skin. He's determined, stubborn, hard-headed, and has amazingly fast reflexes. He thinks his father has given up on his mother surviving her cancer, and hates him for it.

Brandon Elric: Age 14-- Son of Umeko and Al, he's stubborn but quiet. Because he's the eldest, he considers himself responsible for both his cousin and his younger sister. He's actually pretty lazy and laid-back when he's not looking after his siblings. He likes to be a peace maker for the most part, but won't budge when he has a strong opinion.

Trisha Elric: Age 11 -- Daughter of Umeko and Al. Named after her grandmother (Ed and Al's mother), she's the most intelligent out of the three kids, having an IQ of almost 200. She's resourceful and likes to think outside of the box but only when she's interested in the subject. Both her and her brother tend to follow along after Edward, and she doesn't think very well under pressure. She also tends to have ADD, and a short attention span.
