Author has written 15 stories for Threads of Fate, Jet Grind Radio, Xenogears, Azure Dreams, Harry Potter, Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, Wild Arms, and Harvest Moon. Hello, fellow rabid readers... About time I deleted any old stuff on here and got the new ball rolling. As they say, "A rolling worm gathers no bird" and "the early stone gets the moss", right? Of course I am. Anyway, I have many things I am interested in. I love music and I practice the piano and the guitar. The piano I have been playing for quite some time and I think I have gotten good at it. The guitar is another story, but I am really improving. I love martial arts, but I haven't practiced with a mentor in a long time. I try my best to get to any teachers I know, but money is tight nowadays and I have work to do. I like art as well and I consider myself a good artist. I need to get some stuff up sometime, but when I do I'll post a link for it on my profile. Anyway, let me give you some info on how my stories are coming along. Chrono Trigger; The Sands of Time - This one I have been working on for a good, long time. I already have all the plot twists in my head. It's just a matter of putting it down on paper...or screen, I guess. Yes, it has taken me quite some time to do updates lately, but I am going to try and get this done by the end of the year at least. I'm actually excited about doing a novelization for Chrono Cross that will tie into this story and it will give me a chance to break into a different narrative than the one I use in this story. This story compliments "The Wasteland", "The Deformed Knight", and "Chrono Cross" when it eventually surfaces. The Deformed Knight - I have grown quite fond of this story. The way this story began was that I figured it would be interesting to create a bunch of short stories about Glenn during his years of service. It was going to be done like a biography, but it turned into a story instead. So, all the situations I dreamed up for him are going to be in this story. To the observant reader, you will notice that I tie this story with the one in "Sands of Time". Every once in a while I will mention certain parts of Glenn's life that you can read about in this collection. The Wasteland - I've noticed that there wasn't much story written for Robo. I don't think it's because he is boring by any stretch of the imagination, but it is probably because the other characters are so well loved that this guy hadn't had much of a chance. This story explains how Robo ended up in the dome, in such disrepair. This story is going to be fairly short; about five to ten chapters. Azure Dreams - Without any doubt in my mind, this is my most favorite game in existence. It's also a novelization but I plan to throw in some new elements. New people, new challenges, and plot twists. Anyway, it's not discontinued insomuch that I abandoned it. I just prefer working on the above stories more than anything else. "Sands of Time" definitely gets the better treatment of all of them. Anyway, that is the status of what I am working on. I hope you guys are patient as I deal with daily life that refuses to let me be a hermit and just write in peace. But with the internet comes bills to pay, and even I need some human interaction at some point or another. Yeah, I know, I'm weak. :P -Gibson | |||||||||||
