Current Interests:

Working on the house.  Since I bought the Money Pit, it's an ongoing task.

I still don't really have time to watch TV right now, so don't ask me who's winning "Idol."

Manga: Hana Kimi (Hanazakari no Kimitachi He), FruitsBasket (Fuburu), Ouran High Host Club (dropped), Kare Kano, Sensual Phrase (completed), Rah-Xephon (completed). Her Magesty's Dog, Absolute Boyfriend, Never Give Up, Immortal Rain and Red River.  Red River is pretty interesting. Very disappointed with Girl Got Game and Kill Me, Kiss Me. They had such potential. Am reading the Manga for Samurai Deeper Kyo, I loved the anime and am surprised by how different, and cool, the manga is from the anime.  Read translated but not published in America, just ask.

3/11/06 Well, Dubai port jokes aside, things are going well. Grad school is still kikkin' my butt! Only exciting news is that I've joined a newly formed fanfic site called 'dotmoon.' Most of the people on there are sailormoonites, and they're really friendly. No, I know nothing about sailormoon. However, I do write stories and someone on there liked what I had to say. So, if you're interested, check it out. They are always looking for good writers and friendly people who like to read. I won't be leaving FF, or MM, but their reader/writer interaction provides some definite advantages over FF and I am enjoying that group.

6/11/06 X-Men 3 is much better the first time. Yes, rumors of my demise continue to be highly overrated. I am still around and despite a fairly long spate of the silent treatment from my muse, I continue to write. Thanks to all who continue to read.

9/4/06 Again, what's up with grad school? This is my idea of the third level of hades. It'll be over soon enough. I don't have time to write, I barely have time to read, and my muse has gone on sabatacal until school is over. Please don't kill me for not updating. I haven't forgotten about all of the people who enjoy the stories I write.

3/20/07 Grad school has killed any ability to do anything outside of work and homework. I'm four months from Graduation and it can't possibly get here quick enough. Since my muse ran screaming into the night during the first 8000-level accounting class I had to take, I've done NO writing. However, I have picked up a couple of good Manga Series. I gave up on Ouran High. I guess I'm too old to understand that one (or too sober). I'm four (4) episodes behind on Hana Kimi because I can't find a bookstore around here that carries it. I picked up Red River, which is surprisingly well written. I also picked up Yumi no Matsui (Descendants of Darkness) which is interesting.

5/14/07: On break between semesters. Wish I was on break from my job :-)

10/14/07: Updating a fic that consumed a year of my life. Muse has shifted to fiber, so I'm working my stories out in that medium for now. Will get back to the writing when I get to be home more than 2 hours every night.
